I came up with this idea in another topic someone posted about how to spot a catfish and thought it would fun to see what others can come up with.
The idea is a play on the Jeff Foxworthy “might be a redneck” jokes.
Here’s how it goes:
“If she’s not/doesnt…”(Insert a common characteristic or attribute of women found on online dating sites.) “…she might be a catfish.”
Example:
If she’s not a single mom or overweight, she might be a catfish.
If she doesn’t demand a 6 digit yearly income, she might be a catfish.
If she’s not a CNA, she might be a catfish.
You could also go with the positive.
Example:
If she looks better than all the rest, she might be a catfish.
They could be as long or as short as you would like.
GO!
Don't care
If she likes all your profile pictures and messages you right away, she might be a catfish.
If she is from a nearby small town that you know only has 5 old timers living in it, she might be a catfish.
If they change the location drastically, on their profile, they are definitely a catfish.
Sovereignty above all else.
