Abstract : The Western World has quietly become a civilization that has funny tainted the interaction between men and women, where the state forcibly transfers resources from men to women creating various perverse incentives for otherwise good women to inflict great harm onto their own families, and where male nature is vilified but female nature is celebrated. This is unfair to both genders, and is a recipe for a rapid civilizational decline and displacement, the costs of which will ultimately be borne by a subsequent generation of innocent women, rather than men, as soon as 2020.

Who Should Care?

Anyone with a son, brother, nephew, or mentee entering marriage, particularly without the partial protection of a pre-nuptial agreement. As described earlier, he can be ruined, separated from his children, and jailed in a manner few would suspect could happen in any advanced democracy. The suicide rate of divorced men is shockingly high.

Anyone concerned about rising crime. 72% of African American children are born to single mothers, and the number among white children is approaching 30%. Furthermore, the ‘mancession’ will eventually ensure that the only means of survival for many men is to form gangs and take valuables by force. Unloved men, who in the past would have been paired with wives, are easy for both gangs and terrorist organizations to recruit.

The writer of this article still blames the men. With no mention of any “innocent men”. In truth, with the comment “rather than men”, the writer does not believe there are any innocent men in this situation.

When we all know that men make up most of the innocent victims in this mess, not women.

MGTOW has been around for thousands of years. Roman Emperors had to exhort men to marry, Greek women used to complain that men go off to war and when they come back they want nothing to do with women their age.

Bachelor taxes and the like proposed hundreds of years ago. Even back a century ago the term MGTOW was written by women, ironically against a bachelor tax at the time because some women didn’t think men should be bullied into marriage, but that women should instead make themselves desirable to be married.

KM has linked these articles on occasion. I’m sure they’re in the Top Guns section too. It is not a new phenomena.

I was about 18 more or less when the web came into being and I saw the very first websites and took part in the early bulletin boards. There was some very interesting stuff up back then – it really was a Wild West, very similar to how the Tor/Onion web is now.

I know that a pre-MGTOW concept was around on the worldwide web as early as circa 1995/6. I recall one site in particular where the author expounded on the need for men to live independently of women.

I think he was from India.

I wonder if he’s still around and now posting on here or a similar forum?

It was a very interesting site, but I regret at the time, although I was tacitly MGTOW, I (wrongly) thought he was a crank. I now wish I could remember his name or the name of the site. I’d gladly thank him and link to it, if it’s still up.

If you can repeal the laws built up since the 19th century that support this artificial house of cards it would come tumbling down – quick.

People tend to focus on the problems (symptoms) not the underlying cause. The problem is the lawyers and judges. Repealing no-fault divorce is a start.

2010 was about the time I started looking into MGTOW, but I started from happy bachelor’s. I was in seminary at the time and dating a girl who, at the time, I planned to eventually marry if it worked out long term. I did the whole “don’t sleep around until marriage thing”, which I still believe in, but after the relationship collapsed (rather quickly, but that is a separate story) and all the hypocrisy and bulls~~~ and personal harassment I both seen and experienced within the church (and obviously outside of it, but it is meant to be a “moral institution”)…..something just snapped.

Come to think of it, I think there was some Tom Leykis in there too….I don’t know if he is still around.

This is just a personal story….I am not debating religion.
