Well guys, I don’t want to seem annoying or too emotional but all that I can say is: Thank You!

I can’t f~~~ing believe how much the MGTOW philosophy improved my life at 360 in such a short time. Even my therapists are impressed by the results I suddenly seem a different person. Lots of false ideas, negative thoughts, pessimism have suddenly disappeared. I feel so full of energy and willing to do stuff, I can’t spend a single day without keeping my mind busy, TIME IS GOLD: I work everyday at my job with great passion and I use the spare time to do other productive things: going to the gym, started a course of Krav Maga, started again to play the guitar, started to learn a new language (Afrikaans I chose), reading good books at bedtime, and I much more enjoy to spend the weekend with my good friends… Even social anxiety is vanishing since I stopped giving a f~~~ about other people judgement especially women. How could I be so stupid?! For all my life I’ve only focused on “meet the right requirements to be a desirable man for a woman”, now I’m becoming a desirable man for myself. It’s been a long time since I didn’t feel this good.

Whether you care or not thanks to MGTOW and reading your wisdom you really contributed to make a man in the world happier. Before of this I really felt like I was in an endless tunnel.. Thank you brothers

I’m glad you’re doing better as I remember that in your introduction you were very down and pessimistic.

Keep making yourself busier than you can handle and you will never feel down again. Boredom is the killer of the soul.
And, I’ll give you again my advice that I always give to anyone dealing with depression:
Never have high expectations. Chances are you will fail to meet them and you will spiral down. Every day is a BONUS day.

I would say MGTOW works WHEN a man begins to take ownership of his life, remove all the noise about him that doesn’t benefit him, and just focuses on getting his stuff together. MGTOW, by itself, doesn’t do anything. A man acting MGTOW does. I say this, because a common trap to fall into is to see some sort of label works wonders, and you end up being a groupie of the label, and don’t do anything.

Blue pill philosophy is like being stuck in quicksand, where everyone is telling you that your ultimate goal in life is to drown in that pit.

MGTOW teaches us if we just get out of the pit of quicksand life gets much easier and we can focus on fixing the now more manageable issues we have.

I agree about the Bible. I’m not a religious person at all but I do recognize it as a source of human wisdom. As for not making propaganda about MGTOW I don’t do it. But when I see my friends with their heart broken because of some mean witch, I do feel the need to tell them the secret of getting rid of that pain (still didn’t do it anyway). Anyway, when I’ll definitely beat depression (and at the moment I’m kicking the ass of this f~~~ing mind parasite). I’d like to somehow help other people in my situation and tell them that there is a way out of this darkness.

Quicksand is a fantastic way to describe modern day feminists. They don’t do anything but drag you down. Anything you accomplish with one in your life you could have accomplished 3x as much without one.
