Talking about the general election in my own country (Republic of Ireland) got me thinking about a MGTOW political party. I do believe that it is probably best to keep off the mainstream radar as much as possible, but the crazier part of me that wants to shout the truth and make a statement compels me to think about this. I’d like to hear opinions on it if anyone is interested. Some wealthy mgtow to bankroll it all for a start would be nice! This is all theory mind. We would have a proper manifesto (again, because of the divides withing mgtow, difficult). Let’s say for someone like me, I come from the intellectual mgtow (Stardusk, CS Mgtow, Coltaine, TFM) side, but I have an affinity with the monk lifestyle. We could have 2 separate branches of the parties, or 2 separate mgtow parties perhaps, if different sides could reach agreement. We’ll say the evolutionary psychology type of mgtow party would be my party. It would probably be more pragmatic to focus on that branch. Much as I like ISlayPrettyLies idea about making mgtow as radical a party as possible in the mainstream, I think that we would be facing an uphill battle anyway trying to appeal to people and that would make it even more difficult. Anyway, I don’t really know what I’m talking about, so can people who actually know how to speak on these matters take over from this fool? A party that speaks for mgtow men, what would it look like, if feasible at all?

not sure if i’m the guy for this, however..
would need a board of directors to set standards for membership in the MGTOW party.
need an internal vote on who is on that board first.
once elected , a vote for a candidate.
candidate must have knowledge of world politics and gender issues.
debates would be crucial to electing the candidate.
divisiveness would need to be minimized by concessions to all included
this would be achieved by a group of standard authorities on MGTOW philosophy.
once a candidate who could reflect the majority of MGTOW ideals is selected,
a platform to run on needs creation.
    a media frenzy would likely ensue, a MEN’S party ? wow !
off to get in to the debates with other parties..
KEY MASTER FOR PRESIDENT .( my vote)
he can then select his cabinet.
    NO WOMEN ALLOWED .
must not be “anti-woman ” as we are NOT.
please continue or elaborate .. any one ? ..

That’s an understatement! Keep in mind that you’re competing for votes, on a platform that is

    1) Deeply unsettling, and in fact, rage-inducing to half the population (men); you’re going to shatter their illusions of Disney Princesses, Unicorns and NAWALT.

    2) Extremely unprofitable to the other half of the population (women), who want to keep the status quo of men paying for dates/alimony/child support, etc.

The status quo now is very beneficial to women. They don’t want to change it.

Changing the status quo for men *would* be very beneficial, but it’s going to cost a hell of a lot of pain first. There’s a reason Morpheus said most of the people aren’t ready to be unplugged.

Nay, nay, nay , a thousand times nay!
MGTOW is not a movement and could never be a political party, not in a democratic system anyway. You see, it is incumbant on any political party in a democracy to represent the entire population, not just the people who voted for them. So if a MGTOW party won an election it would have to represent wimin, feminazis, manginas and white nights as well as the MGTOW who voted for them. Can you see that working?

I don’t think it would work, MGTOW is about doing and thinking what you want to think and not everyone sees eye to eye on things. An example of this is: some people do not support Israel’s right to exist, while others do.

These clashes of views would prevent the unification required for a political party and would just make us look like idiots for fighting among ourselves.

As a political party these touchy subjects would have to be addressed and a common mindset adopted. I just can’t ever see that happening.

You made an excellent point there Spacemonkey about representing people as a whole. But to just make an impact, with no hope of election?

Yes Rennie and we saw what happened in our own community with Sandman v Stardusk, Messenger vs Purple Pillers, and the divisions that have sprung up on many issues in general. Because of its very nature, a MGTOW political party is paradoxical perhaps. But it would be nice to have a party that spoke for us, however unfeasible that prospect is. Looking at what Gynocentric delights our political system serves up come election time crystallised this view in my head. But perhaps ghosting is the way, stealthy mgtow. I like to talk too much!

I would advise against that at this point. Guerrilla warfare of ideas is more important for Mgtow. The reason we are succeeding is because it is hard to identify us, hard to fleece us, hard to punch smoke, hard to refute us in this environment, and this society and economy is p~~~ing people off anyway. We are thriving. Don’t change the dynamic unless it grants us more of an advantage.

If you want to start a political party it would make more sense to start a “Patriarchy Party” which would be used to troll people with outright extremism. (I love trolling people who get butthurt so quickly anyway)

-Revoke women’s suffrage because they are retarded.
-Return to male head of households and male decisions are those that are respected.
-No more rights for women in fact. F~~~ em, and tell them we tried that. It was a miserable failure. XD
-Women need to get the f~~~ out of work, back in the house, and back in the kitchen.
-Multiple wives permitted if the woman wants to deny him sex. Multiple husbands are illegal.

Just a polar extreme version of feminism. It’s going to attract all the best company and give feminist something to focus on. It will be hilarious because it will STILL be more popular than feminism! lol

What I WOULD recommend for us MGTOW though are private clubs based on invite only.

    the ‘Patriarchy Party’

Sometimes when we make a general announcement on the site here, we sign it “The Patriarchy” for fun. But as we all know “the patriarchy” is a myth. We just use the word, because it gets on the nerves of those on the other side.

Lets say you live in a society of 10 men and 10 women. And 4 of those men invent languages like morse code , create the internet, build an airplane, or compose an opera like Mozart.

    Is that society Patriarchal?
    Not remotely.

It’s called “THE REAL WORLD”. Where MEN actually do the s~~~, create the s~~~, and build the s~~~ that those 10 women will take for granted, enjoy, and benefit from — every day of their existence. None of us live in a “Patriarchy” and neither do any woman.

If we lived in a Patriarchy, women wouldn’t be permitted to purchase an airplane ticket to get her ass from LA to New York in 4.5 hours. She would be made to take a buggy, or walk, until a woman invented an airplane herself and sacrificed other female lives to test-flight it first. The journey would take her 6 weeks at least – if she survived the journey at all.

In “Patriarchal” society, thousands of Men don’t spend thousands of hours building an aircraft carrier and then invite a WOMAN on the last day before it sails to crack a champagne bottle against it’s bow. Men would be like “step aside, honey. This ain’t no job for you because you didn’t do the work”. They wouldn’t call the ship a “SHE”, either.

    • A patriarchy wouldn’t call it “mother” Russia.
    • A patriarchy wouldn’t waste hours hand-painting females on it’s planes or missiles.
    • A patriarchy wouldn’t stand for women criticizing outer-space scientists for the goddam shirt he wore.

On the MGTOW political party…. love the idea! But not really, because electing someone to govern in any capacity is still “electing someone to govern”.

The great “MGTOW v.MMXVI Sovereignty” is what we called this ship, gentlemen.
It’s printed right on the bow. (damn that feels good to say).

It didn’t need to be Christened by a woman either.
And that’s why it still floats.

“Sovereignty” means self-governing. Claim and enjoy your freedom.

    •••••

We were thinking of other names for this ship for 2016.

    • “Divinity”
    • “Legacy”
    • Even “Patriarchy” for fun.

… but we just kept “sovereignty” because it was really the best name for — >> HIM.

This ship is only one ever built by men, that’s a “HE”.

KeyMaster, you speak German, right? The anglophone feminists complain about how gendered English is, I can’t imagine what the German feminists say about German and its three genders.

". . . elle, suivant l’usage des femmes et des chats qui ne viennent pas quand on les appelle et qui viennent quand on ne les appelle pas, s’arrêta devant moi et m’adressa la parole"—Prosper Mérimée

Yes. Official “first language” although I was not born there. Spoke only German until I learned English in school.

    German and its three genders.

    Yes, here it’s just “the”… fork… knife… window.

There, it’s SHE fork…. HE knife… IT window.

    • I would imagine to a feminist, a dildo would be “trans”.
    • Cat food food would be “cis”.
    • And her cats would all be “hetero-normative-cis-trans-homophobic-gender-equal-neutral-misogynists”.

    You goddamn right.

See? Already a convert on the first post after mine. You can’t deny it appeals to 50% or more of the population’s inherent feels. Even women hate other women.

This ship is only one ever built by men, that’s a “HE”.

Women seem to have the knack for cursing ships, by failing to properly break that bottle.

“A ship is called a she because there is always a great deal of bustle around her; there is usually a gang of men about; she has a waist and stays; it takes a lot of paint to keep her good-looking; it is not the initial expense that breaks you, it is the upkeep; she can be all decked out; it takes an experienced man to handle her correctly; and without a man at the helm, she is absolutely uncontrollable. She shows her topsides, hiders her bottom and, when coming into port, always heads for the buoys.”
