Failed to get promoted twice now, first they picked a female who did a s~~~ job and left, then a blue piller who I heard through the grape vine, “needed the extra money” because he’s going through a divorce or whatever. Meanwhile I have all my s~~~ together, the most experience and I get passed over by these cucks. Just had another interview for a transfer out of this femstoppo hell hole, but I’m up against another married cuck so it’s not a guarantee that I will get it even though I have twice as much experience as him. Anyone else dealing with this s~~~?

@batman, I know what you’re going through, I’ve heard it throughout my life, married men are somehow viewed as more important, “he has a wife and kids to feed” that kind of bulls~~~, but behind the femstapo curtains he’s seen as a worker bee for one of their own.

Single men are viewed with jealousy and envy as their independence, disposable income, and freedom of movement is flaunted in everyone’s face. The Femstappo drive for economic equity targets the single man as a villain to be kept down in the dungeon! To be passed over as some sort of little boy. Capital F~~~ THAT!

Call their bluff by demanding that promotion, tell them you’ll be forced to look for a better position elsewhere, and then start poking around for better pay elsewhere.

Nothing says motivated like an already employed man that knows what he’s doing and is now looking to work for you…

Corporations are slutf~~~ing whores, you owe no allegiance to any one of them, just allegiance to yourself as an agent for yourself….

Everything that mg-Rewo just said 100%. I live this regularly but have learned to let it go. Plus it just means more tax to pay and for what, it’s not worth it. I’ve got enough money to live on my terms now and I can clearly see what’s going on. In my 20’s and 30’s I worked harder than anyone thinking that it would be recognized. Nope, that’s not how it works. You gotta take it into your own hands and look elsewhere if that’s what you want. I’ve amassed enough and I’m relatively frugal so I don’t concern myself too much about the promos anymore but it is a hard pill to swallow seeing people get promoted who are not deserving or qualified just because they fit the mold of the status quo.

    Exactly!
This is why Feminism is coming back to bite them really hard on the ass,,,and women are starting to realize it.
Women are abandoning Feminism in droves at grass roots level. Milo has all the stats for US and UK but they’re all freely available on the net.

Women had it made! With technology, they had next to nothing to do at home.
They had men do all the sociopathic interaction in the workplace for them.
It’s why men die younger. As the participation in the workforce grows, women’s lifespans are decreasing proportionally.
Who the f~~~ would want to do the vast majority of jobs that men do?
Feminism and girlpower now has them pulling the work plough as well, hahahahaha

But, MGTOWER is right. They know that behind every successful married man there’s a parasitic female feeding off him.
They resent men spending the money they earn, ( but they’ll never admit that in a mixed gender setting ),,,,privately they’ll jokingly admit to it.
To women,,,a man spending his own money on himself is money wasted. It should be being spent on a woman.

Thanks even my Mom told me that before she was with my Dad he tried getting a job on an Indian reservation and they plainly told him he couldn’t have the position because he wasn’t married. Now they don’t tell me s~~~ why I didn’t get the position nor do the interviewers give me any good feedback. It is the status quo high school clique bulls~~~. If I don’t get this project position and get out of here for a while I’m gonna start shopping around.. but nowhere is safe from the femstapo.. I think MGTOW’s ultimate career choice is entrepreneur, it’s the only way to totally be free.

This topic is very personal to me, because of one field I was in – where the promotion really mattered – and another where was THE ONLY possible choice …. but in both cases, some f~~~ing married beta cuck anus licker got it.

To clarify, I don’t think anyone who does what is expected of them ( and is nice to their boss ) is an ass-licker. I think anyone who bends their boss over and sucks the farts out of him for 8 hours a day is an ass-licker.

I’m not that guy. And never will be thankyouverymuch.

In the first case (I was late 20s), the f~~~stick who got it was out with an injury 10 out of 12 months, and was doing the equivalent of collecting a check for being useless. I did ALL – ALL – of his work, covered, showed up, and filled in. When he got promoted, I confront the boss directly.

He smiled and said “the candle that burns twice as bright burns half as long”, as if he knew something I didn’t. A couple of years later, that asshole was out of a job / moved on and I worked for them spanning another 7 years. I never got “the promotion” because I was “too good” to move.

That’s a real thing by the way…. and it really p~~~es me off.
When you’re exemplary at what you do, they will prefer to keep you there.

That sucks the biggest farts because it doesn’t make any sense. Nobody goes to work because they WANT to, but if someone is out-performing, it’s because they want to move up and get a f~~~ing raise. The rest of the world doesn’t see it like that.

In the second case, I was hired into a company of 3 people. I agreed to a lower salary for 90 days to get them on their feet and we shook hands to get boosted at 90days – AND again at 6 months so I could be at an “equitable” rate. AND I negotiated for a big raise at 12 months to make up for it.

    Fine.

Nearly immediately, they hired 4 other people. I was so f~~~ing mad. They didn’t pay what I wanted (or deserved!) and 4 guys popped up all around me. The conversation I was promised was avoided like a social disease. “Uh…. ok next week…. uh… I’m going to be out of town” the boss said.

The raise and promotion never came. Then we were at the Christmas party (in all other ways the company was good) and the boss announces a new “head” and it’s one of the other 4. A stringy junior with a miserable attitude who wore baseball cap to work and never flossed. He also had 10% of the mad skills and experience I do.

They passed me over just to *show me who’s boss*.

The “bosses” were the WEAKEST BETA F~~~ING F~~~~~S non-straight shooters I ever met who rang the show. I’m not calling them “f~~~~~s” because they are gay. They aren’t (although one of them behaves with his girlfriend like he takes it in the face from her ). I am calling them “f~~~~~s” because that word is fun to say, and because they are no-integrity-having slippery f~~~~~s who can’t even look you in the eye.

When I left, I kept an email the other boss wrote me shortly after I was hired and took it into the meeting and read it back to him – just to *show him who’s boss*. I watched him turn into a 1 inch shriveled penis while his own lies were read back to him.

Then I got the f~~~ out of there.

    Companies run like high school.

    No s~~~.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

It is obvious when you think about it. The losers get ‘promoted’ out of the way of the achievers. The achievers are too valuable where they are to let them escape into management.

These are all signs of an organization which is in its decline, BTW.

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

I had a problem not in promotions but in getting the job at an entry level after graduating with a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science.
Three-fourths of the people in that field are women, and the “discrimination” was alleged to have been at the top administrative level jobs. However, employers would use the discrimination card to hire at the entry level in order to fill their Affirmative Action quotas.
So even though I had taken essential courses in Organic Chemistry, Anatomy and Physiology, Biochemistry, Human Biology, etc., the female applicant with no science courses or background, but with an undergraduate degree in English, Sociology, French, or whatever, would get the job.
Eventually I had to use my veteran’s points to land a job. The female head of that library did not want to hire me because I was a single male in my mid-40s. She made the fatal mistake of sending me to interview with the Medical Chief of Staff, who I guess she thought would finish me off. He was a crusty old no-nonsense guy who grilled me well and tried to get me to overstate my qualifications at sitting on a committee judging the performance of doctors. I flat out told him I was in no way qualified to do that. That ended the interview and he would not let the head librarian back out of getting such a well-qualified applicant.
So, you never know. Perhaps things will degenerate there where they finally have to bring in new competent management and they will know who is competent and who does the work.

At least the project position I’m going for is a MALE only position, so I won’t get beat out by a woman this time. They’ve finally realized they’ve hired too many women and now have to create a special male only position! Haha
