We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
I believe the word creator was important and also that people of faith are more open minded and less prone to attack other people based on their religious beliefs or practices, even those with no belief..

My concern is that my nephew has celiac disease… is there a gluten-free FSM or must we wait for a ‘second coming’ or ‘rapture’ type event? Can my nephew be fully embraced by His Holy Noodliness or are His appendages both gluten and gluten free?
My question has more to do with becoming holy and revered as fast as humanly possible. I have a demanding career, a busy social life and enjoy quality programing on HBO. I think also an aura of holiness can serve me well at the bar. Can I do this by carbo-loading? That is fasting from pasta for 3 days and then gorging on carbs, such as pasta, for 3 days… for on the 7th day I will rest. Will this be a quick route to enlightenment?

My dear brother in FSM, with regards to your concern, I personally believe that your nephew can not be harmed by the starchy caress of His Noodliness. The way I look at it, we consume pasta in a spiritual way because within it resides a spiritual essence, or bond, that links us to FSM. The pasta being it’s vessel, channeling FSM. Now, can pasta not come in different shapes and contain different ingredients? Do we not use different methods to make cavatappi and tortellini? or Egg noodles and rice noodles? Gluten free PASTA is still PASTA. His Noodliness will reach your nephew with all the strength of uncooked fusilli.
With regards to the way we consume pasta, I always thought that it’s not dissimilar to the christian diety’s ‘essance’ found in blessed bread. Of course credit where credit is due, they are on the right track in discovering the spiritual power that lies within all ingredients of pasta, but stop there. They present it in the wrong form…and praise the wrong name 🙁 but I also believe FSM is forgiving; I pray for my lost friends and hope His Noodly appendage dips them back into the right sauce.

I’ve considered that being MGTOW means living for yourself; it’s about pursuing your own goals; Not sacrificing yourself for women…or gods.

Nope. Not any more. I was raised Episcopalian (Church of England in GB), and I am still a card-carrying member. I quit going because the church has been taken over and dominated by feminazis. Yes, feminists of the fascist persuasion. I now believe all establishment churches are nothing but tools of the state — the politically correctness wing of the state.
These days I just stay home with my dog. I read the Bible and surf the net for Biblical inspiration. But, that’s just me. There are heaps of non-denominational and independent churches in my area, and I live in the rural sticks. Maybe one of those would suit you.

I do the same as you RoyDal, feel free to post any online Biblical inspirations you find in here. I live in Texas we have cowboy churches that meet outdoors weather permitting. everyone welcome and no overhead..I seldom go.. but I know they are private not state run…

This dual thread “mgtow of faith” versus “athiest mgtow” (funny how you de-legitimize atheism by spelling it wrong) is a farce. Harpo Mason advocates religion through intellectual dishonesty.
1) You promote the faith side by encouraging “…stories, articles, sayings, pictures, prayers, and anything pro-faith or pro religion”, yet you encourage no such pro ANYTHING on the atheist side. You only tell the atheists not to argue.
What a load of myopic, one sided bias. Atheists have many positive things to add to the world. You could encourage humanism, ethics, evidence based reasoning, or any number of SECULAR notions on the atheist side, Harpo. A fair comparison isn’t what you’re after, obviously.
2) Atheist bashing (in the form of pro “faith” sophistry) is happening on the atheist thread, yet you do nothing to discourage it. You fold your arms in front of you and act like a troll. Meaningful arguments are being repeated over and over again (such as Qbeck’s notion that critical thinking and reasoning requires positive evidence for the existence of something in order to formulate belief). You even acknowledge these arguments by re-quoting them. And then, like a schizophrenic, you ignore what’s happening and tell us how you have such free will and how great you are. Nice.
3) You try to shame the atheists (or antitheists, in my case) in your topic introduction by asking…

First question: Many religions exist with secular authorities. Catholicism for a quick example. Can atheism coexist without trying to influence secular standards? Double standard there.

Two responses. First, ETHICS IS AN ATHEIST FIELD. Ethics is a branch of Philosophy that creates a SECULAR (meaning separate from religion) method of determining right and wrong. Utilitarianism? Atheist. John Rawl’s Theory of Justice? Atheist. Deontology, Pragmatism, Normative Ethics, etc., etc.? All secular, all Atheist contributions. “Right and Wrong” to a bible banger is following the bible. Ethics is a contribution of Philosophy that has nothing to do with religion.
Second, Atheism’s biggest contribution is to clear thinking. It is a lack of acceptance of superstition, mythology, primitive fantasies, and dogmas concerning the origin and state of Man. If you say this is no contribution, then by the same utterance you are saying that MGTOW is no contribution. MGTOW, after all, is a lack of acceptance of superstition, injustice, fantasies, and dogmas about marriage and relationships.

Athiesm has no epistemology according to some, if you look on the free will thread. So in this sense is can be government promoted but not an authority which creates government or gives them authority (does not create concept of government).

John Rawl’s theory of justice, made the state of justice as fairness (If I remember my studies, I read him like 5 years ago.) but gave know rational or consistent answer as to how to determine value in order to be “fair”.
You are just listing a bunch of philosophies for the others. Every “group” has a philosophy. So if value is determined by a mindset then everyone is equally right. But it is not that way.
Second, Atheism’s biggest contribution is to clear thinking. It is a lack of acceptance of superstition, mythology, primitive fantasies, and dogmas concerning the origin and state of Man.
That leads one to science and in that sense nothing as change. Half of modern science is based on unproved/unprovable theories. Athiesm gives no answers but rather raises the power of the human ego to an almost mythical status.
Dogmas are unavoidable wherever you go. They are just a set of rules and guidelines. That and Athiesm does not have a dogma, and if it has one then you are contradicting yourself. If it does not, as I just said, then the ethics/philosophies you have just promoted are to be tossed out the window.
If you say this is no contribution, then by the same utterance you are saying that MGTOW is no contribution.
