The dirty dozen. I love that movie. Its all men working with each other on a mission where most of them won’t make it.

Pappillon. Steve McQueen sticks to his convictions despite inhumane conditions. Interestingly, he makes a successful escape and is then turned in by a woman, a nun, no less.

Mad Max is a man who became a loner after his wife and child were murdered by an insane motorcycle gang. He drives across the Australian desert looking for food and fuel. Although he sometimes join forces with people to survive, he prefers to be alone.
