Master and Commander. Every time I watch this movie, I see something new. And I’ve watched it more than a few times. This flick is complex and difficult to grasp in only one watching.

L.A. Confidential. Ditto the above, there is always something new to be seen in this classic. This is also a complex and difficult movie to grasp, and those are the kinds of movies that are on my favorites list.

Any and all Brit crime flicks by Guy Ritchie, with honorable mention to the Sherlock Holmes flicks he did with that silly ass American as Sherlock. I liked them anyway. (Haven’t seen the one with Madonna in it. Didn’t like the original in the first place; so there was no reason to watch a remake.)

    Returning to the naval theme:
In Harm’s Way, starring John Wayne and an enormously talented cast.
ffolkes, starring Roger Moore and another talented cast. Mr. ffolkes is downright anti-woman, even when confronted with the large perky breasts of one of his costars. I have to hand it to a man who sticks by his principles, no matter how eccentric.

Tropic Thunder. Not a chick in sight. And the movie is surprisingly well balanced, and funny, given the number of high profile actors in the movie.

The only movie I ever knew that didn’t have a single female in it is Lord Of The Flies, but those were young boys running around naked or in their underwear while savaging each other to survive on the island. Does that count? And the only video game I ever hear of and I have been playing it lately that doesn’t have a single female character is Call of Duty.

I think Big Trouble in Little China is sort of MGTOW, when Jack Burton had the option of kissing Gracie Law and he said “nope” at the very end of the movie. I love Kurt Russell’s role as Jack Burton; he’s a major badass and I love his lines. “Have you paid your dues, Jack? Yes, sir the check is in the mail!” “Jack Burton, ME!”

Another movie that I think is MGTOW is Conan The Barbarian (1982 version) because it was a major female character that got killed off so Conan and his companion lived on, and she even helped him in one scene during a major sword fight. A woman, even in death, helped a guy out. You don’t hear about that very often.

    Ooh, Commando! That’s a real man’s movie.

According to a YouTube video I saw several weeks ago, Arnold killed 509 people among all his movies and shows.

They made so many real man movies out there, it’s hard to list them all.

I think Dolph Lundgren has the highest body count of any actor. Some other guy researched this.

Full Metal Jacket, which I have on now is a man’s movie. There was only 2 female characters; a hooker and a sniper that got killed at the end.

Is it just too obvious? The Matrix.
The origin of the red pill.
The splinter in your mind driving you to find answers.
The ultimate metaphor for the bulls~~~ that is passed off as “equality” or “virtue”.
(i.e. submitting to people who drain all your resources is good!)

Sure, Neo has a girlfriend, but look how much trouble she gets him in 🙂 surely we can learn from that. Also, does she ever actually ask anything of him, e.g. money or s~~~ test him?
