And regarding your point #3, I’d say adoption, or some method that doesn’t allow a woman to control. As well as children conceived before you went MGHOW. You don’t have to disown your children to become MGHOW.

The common law is not what people believe it is.
To be at the common law is not always a bad thing nor
is it always a good thing.

It is more good than bad and why some states do not recognize marriages under the common law.

Erie railroad vs Tompkins is the case that established the right to seek relief of the common law.
It is the case of a man named Tompkins who was walking a well beaten path next to the railroad tracks and was hit in the head by something protruding from a passing locomotive. He sued Erie railroad in state court and lost.
would have been all over, but railroads are government run and prone to acting like a bully. They counter sued MR Tompkins in federal court and lost.

We have more private rights at the common law than we do at the federal level.

Basic Common law rights are our only private rights and

Embrace common law relationships for government has no control over private common law rights.

The regulation of private rights is redundant to the constitution. (supreme court ruled)

The constitution was written as a limiting document.
It is to limit government regulation of the private
lives of the people. (its purpose is well known).

Politicians ignore your private status not your rights.
They claim subject matter jurisdiction over your personal identity documents created by their agencies and punish your public identity and claim they are innocent of any wrongdoing being perpetrated against
your FLESH.
Identity theft and slander is rampant among government agencies.
They will even deny you the right to travel without first you agree to give that right up and accept the
licensed, privileged occupation for hire called driving. This Licensed privileged occupation being required also denies you the right to identify yourself as someone with an exclusively private status as well as the right to choose your own occupation.

I was working as a stonemason before being placed into
involuntary servitude as a DRIVER and tossed in jail.
I am not any states driver! Texas, Oklahoma or any other state for that matter.
I am the exclusively private unpaid chauffeur traveling

I don’t know what you’re trying to say here. Are you saying that it’s ok to cohabitate with a woman? That common law will somehow protect you?

So say you live with a woman for say 3 years. Here’s my understand of the type of things that could happen to you without your control.

– If she decides she wants to leave, she can take half of your assets with you.
– If she has a child that does not currently have a father paying child support, she can claim you’re effectively the father and responsible for paying child support.
– If she has any debts, medical bills etc, collectors can come after you for payment as you and her are/were considered a single financial entity.

Are you suggesting that these are not real threats?

Not ok to cohabitate under any laws.
Nothing but staying away will protect you
from females.

But the common law is where the United States hides
basic rights. Rights only exist for those who know where and how to reserve, invoke exercise and claim them. Everything is a commercial contract governed by the uniformed commercial codes. Private rights was under UCC 1=207 until 2012 then moved to UCC 1=308 after that. Unless you reserve these rights on a public contract you lose them.

This is why The municipal police in Stigler Oklahoma did not return my Texas license so I would have it as evidence at the hearing. I had signed it “UD UCC 1-207 without prejudice.” I had reserved, invoked and exercised my private common law right of travel and knew how to defend my rights. They decided to hide the contract. I did everything correctly and the problem was claiming the right.
When a right is claimed then it is the first duty of government to protect our rights..They went to great lengths to avoid the duty. Will be fun later for the evidence was saved online. and the valid Texas license has been renewed and I did not sign with a reservation
of rights this time. It was signed by my heavenly creator not by me. HA! HA! HA!
