About that bank account. Make sure its offshore as well. And they don’t have any US branches. If they do, any court order fake or not they will follow. US bank is one of them.

Careful about that.. The IRS may want to talk to you about that. Just setup a business checking account (that she doesn’t know about. no real business, just a place to stash your after tax money. All deposits are either cash or money orders with no trace back to your bank accounts. Form the LLC in Delaware and have mail sent there.
