Women under 30 slightly outearn men
Single women of all ages have the same earnings of single men
Lesbians outearn straight women

Given that, it’s absolutely clear that the gender pay gap is due heterosexual marriage contract and heterosexual cohabitation hidden contract, and, by so, the best way to erase the gender pay gap is men shunning marriage and cohabitation with women.

Feminists should be glad that MGTOW exist and is growing, they should praise us: avoiding marriage contract and cohabitation hidden contract we are substantially empowering women.
At the very same time we’re even eliminating domestic violence against poor weak wimminz.

There most certainly is a gender pay gap. Women get paid more for the same work. They just never do the same total amount of work, and everybody knows it.

If men and women were paid strictly with an objective measure of results, work done, and time used, women would make SIGNIFICANTLY less than men. But what we actually have is women making about or more than men, especially younger women.

In larger cities especially, the gap is larger in favor of females. Also if you take into account experience, women are always preferentially hired with less experience. And since pay generally follows a trajectory and salary history, this means the gap becomes larger over time, only lessening when women just quit and refuse to work, typically because they’ve found a husband sucker to pay for them.

One major reason marriages are down, and in my opinion the biggest, is in fact because men are having worse and worse employment outcomes. Since women practice hypergamy, but affirmative action and the like is designed to push women ahead of men, the natural result is men drop out. Especially since the top tier men are smart enough to know how worthless education and a job is for a woman, and are more likely to find a younger woman that hasn’t been indoctrinated.

Personally I don’t care. I’m older and I got mine, and I have no sentimental tie to the West or even the continuation of humanity. Presumably the oligarchs have some sort of plan though, so I’m sure things will keep kicking long after I’m gone no matter what I do.

But currently, Western men are just going to be less likely to be married and have children going forward.

In Italy the claim is even more ridiculous: ALL contracts are collective, officially signed by both the company and trade unions, so a different wage between men and women for doing the same work is technically impossible.

The reason there is a difference in the overall pay of women versus men was hit on above. When women get married they stop working and thus one more woman for the statistician to add to the women making less than men.

But then the real steady money appears to favor men when these women have babies and stay home for 6 years. Thus the gender pay gap enlarges.

That’s why I frequently bash on feminism but, in reality, men could not just go their own way in the old system. You could but you’d be shunned. Now your just another divorced dude.

So here we have women not producing a taxable income for 6 years. You can’t have that in our modern feminized world. So now they are pushing for “Universal Pre-K Schools”. Even Hitlary supports it.

In this new feminist system, one I couldn’t have designed better myself, women stay home only one year then the child is placed in day care up until 3, then pre-school then K.

So under this new female brand of child raising that completely excludes men, women pay taxes for going to work early, having strangers raise your children. And the strangers get taxed for raising your baby.

Woman always wanted to get paid for house work and raising the kids. Under the new system they get screwed but their not having to stay home and sit on their ever widening asses eating bon bon’s.

Reasons why women get paid “less” than men:

– they already burn a lot more sick leave then men, not even including pregnancy. They cite “female reasons”. (Women take 46% more sick leave than men on average)
– they work less hours in general, men put in more OT
– a man can generally work in any industry, there are jobs which women can’t/won’t do
– pregnancy and leave after pregnancy
– less competent in general than men

They’re gone for years after they have a child, when they arrive back at the workplace, they’re years behind where they would be had they not had a kid, and that lost experience also carries forward salary wise for years to come. My point isn’t to bash women with children, but to point out that the “gender pay gap” is perfectly natural.

Additionally, I think paid maternity leave is a bulls~~~ benefit. If a company pays a woman 2 months of leave after pregnancy, they should offer the same benefit to the male counterpart. They already have FMLA for men, recognizing that men can also take care of a baby, but it’s unpaid. In lieu of paid FMLA benefit, companies could always adjust men’s salaries upwards by a few hundred dollars yearly to account for this paid benefit that women have and men don’t. Or they could reduce the women’s paid benefit by half, and give it to the father. Now wouldn’t this be fair? Or would there be an outcry because people really aren’t interested in fairness?

There is a gender pay gap, the numbers are there to support it. But it’s created because women choose lower paying jobs and are out of the workforce as stay-at-homes moms while dad is still working. OK, fine.

My issue with Hillary’s argument is that they try to spin this as the Patriarchy screwing women, so it’s something they need to fix. Did it ever occur to our government that people have a right to choose whatever profession they want, and that pay isn’t the end all – be all to happiness? The Constitution gives us the right to live, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, not the pursuit of dollars. Actively trying to reduce the pay gap is social engineering at its finest.

That’s an argument that my mother uses. Just like infertile women, a group increasing exponentially now that women don’t marry until their late thirties or early fourties if the c~~~ parade let’s them, men can and do have children without getting married. And these men are due maternity leave and I believe the same social support single mothers with no child support get’s.

How do these men have children? It’s simple. They buy an egg. Young women are paid 5K to “donate” eggs. These can be used by mainly infertile women but a man, biologically, cannot gestate a child this is a problem that can also be outsourced.

Many thousand infertile women use surrogates to bear children if their female parts, those lacking in a man like the ovaries and uterus or really old eggs.

Since infertile couples use store bought eggs the child is not related biologically to the mum but is to the dad.

Single men can and do use similar technology.

But the real future is being created by men, not women. They are the artificial womb. A foul has been raised within an artificial womb and is doing fine.

Future childbirth does not require women. They are a depreciating asset and their main utility, baby making, will be outsourced.

Women already prefer a C section to childbirth and schedule them ahead of time. Face it, women hate pregnancy, childbirth and would rather be a cubical roach than a stay at home mom.

There is no solution to the pay gap, because the pay gap, as presented by politicians and the media, is a lie. You cannot solve a problem that doesn’t exist.

The stats clearly show that women make less because they chose to perform less and take lower pages jobs, essentially. We are told it’s because employers favor men over women. Since that’s true, no law is going to change the pay gap. Obviously, women must chose higher paying jobs and perform better, but there is very little effort to that end. At the very least, you’d think you see more effort to artificially raise the pay of traditionally women held jobs, like teaching and nursing, but we don’t see that either.

So why do they complain about a problem and do absolutely nothing to solve it? Because they aren’t trying to solve the problem. It’s about getting attention. It’s about playing the victim and encouraging more cash and prizes.

Ever had a wife/girlfriend tell you she doesn’t want you to fix her problem for you, she just want you to listen? Same thing.

You address the pay gap problem the same way. Stop listening.

Is there a gender gap? Absolutely.

In my view, it’s all about the money.

Women have several sources of money/benefits
1. Government- Women have learned how to successfully extract money/benefits from the government/corporate America- sick leave, flma, maternity leave, housing assistance, disability, daycare etc.
Women play socialism like a violin.

2. Men- women know how to extract every last dime from a man’s wallet and they have the government to help them.

3. Themselves- women work as a last resort until they can extract money/benefits from government and men.
