    Good day gentlemen,

I recently took a relaxing break – a few days beside the mountains and the sea in a remote part of western Europe. I cycled quiet roads through rugged hills, breathed in the pure atlantic sea air, ate in good restaurants, and relaxed in a luxury hotel ALL without a nagging wife or GF. IT WAS GREAT – it was ‘peaceful’.

I recalled with amusement a past in which I had taken an exGF on such trips – I had ended 3 years of happy healthy monk mode lifestyle when I fell for the last GF … she had at first seemed different but she turned out to be a feminist narc – I dumped her. No more listening to her emotional dramas, no more waiting an hour for her to get ready, no more putting up with female shaming tactics and victim tactics to try and control me, none of that nonsense in my life now.

I am getting back to being MYSELF. I am at peace with myself.
The past is GONE – life is happening NOW – Life is good as MGTOW.

I wish a good MGTOW day to you all.

    Outstanding. Good for you.

Taking a holiday on your own is less stressful, more relaxing, cheaper and all together more satisfying.
And you get to do what you want without complaint or distraction.

This is what they need to read from men that have walked away from them… this is the most important reason why I personally have walked away! peace and quiet (and Safety from the ever present threat of a woman going 9-1-1 on you because of her period)

Good for you. I consider every day a holiday because I have no woman in my life. I sleep better than I have before. Every once in a while I have a bad dream that there will be a woman next to me when I wake up. It’s a huge relief when I wake up and she’s not there. Thanks MGTOW.

Great post Christopher! I’m planning a holiday for next year including Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, and running with the bulls in Pamplona. However, I’m kinda apprehensive about doing this vacation on my own. These posts have been real encouraging and I’d appreciate whatever thoughts you guys might have.

We just don't realize life's most significant events while they're happening. Back then, I thought, "Well, there'll be other days". I didn't realize that that was the only day. - "Moonlight" Graham

Cheers gents. I agree. Peace, freedom, good sleep, mental wellbeing, and health are all easier without a woman interfering in YOUR life – you cant put a price on these things. They enable/help with whatever else you want to do or experience in your life. MGTOW is a good path.

When my wife died I thought it was the end of the world. After a week or two I started to cope. After a month or two I knew I was going to need a security detail to fight off all the women after my bank account. I got used to the routine of living alone and traveling alone. There are things I miss. I miss going to out to plays, concerts, and nice resturants. I’ve learned to make the best out of the hand that life has dealt me. I know several widowers who do not do well. One, my cousin father in law killed himself.

Hi JB. Someone else here will be able to advise you on cities better than I – for ‘peace and quiet’ Im more into remote locations/mountains/smaller towns but thats just me. Chamonix is a good base if in the Alps.

Also mind your wallet in cities – some pick pockets. Good planning generally leads to good results. Good luck with it.

I have no doubt there have been many good marriages in days gone by. My impression is that those men and women were more in tune with correct male and female roles. Unfortunately in todays feminist tainted society sucessful marriages/relationships in mainstream western society seem to becoming fewer and fewer – at least it seems for many of us here that has been the experience. I do have 2 male friends who are happily married to their wives – they are very spiritual couples where the man and woman adhere to definite guidelines on what their roles should be and I think are exceptions to the general state of play these days.

Peace, freedom, good sleep, mental wellbeing, and health

What I have learned is women are the enemy of all these.

I took my motorcycle to Spain from UK about 3000 miles in all. I was the best time of my life, no wife nagging about everything. I visited remote mountain places towns and cities are too full of women, usually talking on phones.
Above all no tub of lard on the back of my bike upsetting the handling. I had to buy a stronger rear shocker when I was married due to her ever increasing girth.

I hope this shows up but I made this Meme a couple of days ago. Some of my toys. The Mustang I’ve had for 25 years and the bike I got 4 years ago.
