MGTOW having "Our own communities" to live In. Would we make them?

So, for s~~~s and grins, wanted to throw this crazy idea out there.
Not exactly sure why I had the thought cross my mind, but the longer I entertain the notion, the more curious I get about it.
So, short and to the point, Was looking for feedback on such a “silly” notion….so I hope I put it in the right place.

If we had such places as an option, would we all move to them in droves?

I think ancient Rome was something like a MGTOW community. It’s been a while since I read Livy, but my hazy recollection is that Romulus and Remus recruited heavily among bandits, outlaws, exiles, and other men who were without a fixed abode.

The idea has merit. I sure would move into an All-Men gated community. I only want to see a woman serving me coffee and biscuits or opening up for my manhood and that about does it for my dose of BS.

@roydal Perhaps I should read up on ancient Rome. They certainly did some very impressive innovations regarding food and water (with water wheels & aqueducts) among many other things.

@untamed thanks in regards to it having merit. I am now looking at it from you perspective and thinking I am liking your take on it.

If that were an option, or even if it was just land to park my rv on with other MGTOWS , I think I would be on board as well.

Part of me can’t help but wonder, will things eventually get so damn f~~~in bad, that we actually have to band together in “pockets” of society.

I know if I had the resources and/or means to own land or a small island, I would be down with making it happen.

Sure beats the alternative of continuing to have our brothers in arms in the sex war going down in flames.

Guess time will tell, but I don’t really know if I can subscribe to the train of thought, that this is gonna get any better for us men.

Currently an example of a MGTOW society would be ISIS, they are going their own way and doing what feels right for them despite most of the world disapproving, or saying they disapprove.

I’m not saying that is a good example but it still stands.

I think the way to have a MGTOW community would be to do it silently at least during the set up stage, build something out in the wilds somewhere, you would need women or at least access to women to reproduce if you wanted to expand and have people to hand the society down to. I think it is possible but it would have to be practically done in secret or not broadcast it’s true intent to work.

@Morlock Yeah, you certainly have made some good points. As I contemplate them, It seems that that would probably be the only way of getting it to happen.

ISIS is not a mgtow society as it is based on hatred and acts of violence. Mgtow is not hatred and revenge, if anything it’s indifference to the status quo. Mgtow is living according to your own best interests. Big difference.

The BBC are trying to associate mgtow with the far right and you are comparing mgtow to ISIS? Seriously? Do you think that’s sensible? What if the BBC get hold of that comment.

MGTOW simply is about Going Your Own Way. That is open to interpretation according to which way you want to go. ISIS in a sense are male driven and they have certainly broken away from society as I mentioned they are not the ideal, far from it but they are an example of a breakaway society all the same and that is what we are looking at in this thread. Breaking away.

Although not male driven I also see the Amish as an example of breaking away and staying true to what you believe.

ISIS aren’t far right either, they are Left Wing as they seek to destroy the West that is why the Left have such a hard on for Islam. You would also have a hard time arguing with ISIS about them not living to their own best interests as they believe they are.

Which is another relevant point, many people such as the BBC don’t like the idea of MGTOW it threatens them, they don’t have to like it, not many liked the idea of Feminism or Black rights or Homosexual rights either, doesn’t mean you give up.

With female hate on the rise and culturally accepted, I believe this is a bad idea. They could take a lot of individual men out in one fell BOOM. Best to live right next to the idiots so as to be better informed. Once isolated twice removed.

Like, a really big all-men’s club or something, with beds and stuff? Because that could definitely work with the proper funding, like an all-men’s clubhouse/crash-pad village or something. I don’t know, but I think it’s a cool idea. It could be like a jazzed-up men’s shelter, because we seriously need more of those.

I’ve certainly wanted some sort of men’s area / clubhouse / abode, pretty much since feminists told me (from their own government funded ‘safe space’) that I couldn’t have it.

Guarantee you there would be no crime there as well. Who’s going to B&E an area like that?
