Say and do NO to things that don’t add to your life.

    In my case:

    – No Fb
    – No TV
    – No alcohol / smoking

    Focus on what you want:

    – Great health
    – Great knowledge
    – Great finances

    Find synergies:

    – No going out = less spending, less booze (better health), more time to read or do exercise

    Any ideas?

That is pretty much my plan too. I differ from your plan in that I drink wine, mostly red wine, because of all those “wine is good for your health” articles. Otherwise, I eat what is called a Mediterranean diet.

No cable TV and no over the air TV. My video entertainment is DVDs.
    I read a lot.
    I exercise.
I do my best to stay out of trouble with society’s enforcers, but I don’t make any major compromises either.

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

Pretty solid there! I’m with you on all except the booze. I don’t mind a cheeky nip or several now and again.

Knowledge, finance, travel instead of mindless drunken weekends out are the way ahead for me….

Love chilling at home when not working, Must be getting old. Oh well!……….zzzzzzzzz

I also gave up TV and FB. This made such a difference to my life.

    I do cycles.

I go full-on monk mode for a few months – work, study, exercise.

A few times a year, usually 3-4 times, I go to Amsterdam for a few days, get everything out of my system, then go back to monk mode.

I have a mini break on Friday evenings with one or two beers, usually max two.

I did total abstinence for years, don’t want to go back to it.

No TV. Definitely no facebook. I ride my motorcycles. I drink red wine. I go for a walk every morning prior to work. I meditate. I chill while reading insightful material on this website.

    I forgot to mention.

I am a supporter of no fap no porn. I have had my share of porn and fap and I feel better abstaining from it.

I’d love to look more into this. I do the porn thing and whilst i don’t think it’s a bad outlet if you control it, i’ve certainly had my battles with it. Which has had a bad effect on my productivity.

It’s never effected work or anything that substantial though and i’m pleased to say as i get older it’s much less of a draw these days. But it is still a draw all the same!
