Haha its awesome being a single guy. I never married but I totally understand what you are saying. My monthly spending usually comes in around 1200-1300 a month…which will drop a few hundred bucks when I feel like paying the balance off on my mortgage. I’ll be living for under 1k a month at that point…no mortgage, no student loans, no car payment, no debt, no woman. Most of my friends don’t even believe me that is possible because their student loan payment and rent already exceed that amount before taking any other expenses into account.

It really is incredible how little money you need to get by month to month when you don’t have a mountain of debt hanging over your head or worry about impressing people or keeping some woman happy.

My wife made about 30k a year and now that she is gone I’m much richer. Where the f~~~ did it all go? Mostly just s~~~ she bought. I can’t even fathom how she spent all of hers and most of mine while I had to fight with her to save and pay bills. Now bill collectors are calling me looking for her, f~~~ yeah I help them find her.
