Anonymous12That’s hilarious. I hate that film especially the bitch Jenn-ay.
I’ll admit that I got lost in the general story because it was well produced. “Jenny” was a cute ‘lil whore that ended up with AIDS/hepatitis…whatever. F~~~ed Forrest and the poor mother f~~~er never bothered to get a DNA test. Just a story, I know. But no one bats an eye about what a f~~~ing whore/loser/user/addict that “Jenny” was. That bitch wasn’t a victim, as sweet as the story portrayed her as. She was a whore. And blamed it all on her abusive dickhead of a father.
If “Jenny” wanted validation, she would’ve stayed in school to become a veterinarian.
BTW, I would’ve banged Forrest’s momma too. Sally was always hot.
Whore Magnet
Anonymous13That story was a good example of good luck combined with the exploitation of male virtues defining succes in the free market combined with white knightism and gold digger self-victimizing bitches all being propped up in media at its beginning stages of social acceptance as just a varaince of a f~~~ing norm. ? Hard to imagine then, but its actually a good peak into the average modern mindset now.
awesome story, its a lot better this way!
There is so much to agree with in your fellows statements.
I consistently like to use this film as an example of just how utterly f~~~ed-up society is. Society has completely accepted the forgoing of assigning any measure or form of responsibility or accountability for women, and then: they celebrate it. In a way, I feel sorry for a young girl who has been programmed to be a feminist (as if being a girl isn’t automatically f~~~ed up enough): how confusing must it be to be told you are strong, beautiful and independent, while maintaining that you are weak, ugly and a parasite. I would be just plain LOST, hence the fact that they eternally are, but by self-perpetuating practice. There. That is the full amount of pity I will ever show, for my entire lifetime. That’s the only carrot I’ll tie to a stick for them. I apologize for this, and you can now beat me about the head and neck with a broken bottle.
In it’s base form, this is a “feel-good love” story, with a bunch of other cool historical s~~~ thrown in to it to mask just how disparagingly disgusting the transparent tale really is.
Jenny is completely f~~~ed up and a total write off due to men. Period. That’s the message. It’s not enough that Forrest Gump is a complete and total miracle and can overcome any obstacle, the underlying theme ALWAYS returns to his love for a woman who is not only destroying herself, but taking out all of her childhood anguish on the very man who purports to shelter her. The underlying theme returns to “Men have all the luck”, and “Women are victims of their luck”.
There is no recognition whatsoever that once Jenny left her home; she completely destroyed her life in a single, continuous, gigantic loop for which she was entirely responsible. Her evil stepfather/father was indeed a piece of s~~~ who should have been taken out back and shot. Granted. But even as an adult, even with the greatest of loves offered to her, she chose to hate herself, and all that would be good in life.
Forrest, who is a clearly handicapped young boy, and man, sets off in life. The feminist must have you know, that despite this: pure genuine luck, a great hand of cards from the universe, and a series of gifts from the imaginary Patriarchy “donate” to this “unlucky soul” nothing less than a splendid life that most of us could only ever dream of.
How convenient that the white, southern male protagonist, DESPITE being handicapped, can’t even fart without succeeding, while our damsel in distress just tries to fight her demons oh so hard by shooting up, getting hammered, following the geographical cure, and just plain f~~~ing her way into oblivion.
Even Forrest’s mom, who is clearly a substantial landowner and could be an exceptionally successful woman if she remotely tried, is reduced in the mind of a feminist to someone who has to rent rooms in her house and f~~~ Forrest’s principal in order to secure any sort of future for her boy and herself.
Then…………to wrap all of this in the sickening blanket which women deem to be love: Forrest spends his entire life with only one true goal. To finally have Jenny acknowledge him as a human being. Which she never once does. She destroys him mentally, she destroys him spiritually, and with her sexually transmitted infection, appears to not give a single bit of a f~~~ for his physical well-being. The underlying message being: “It is her divine right to treat you as garbage, since her father did the same to her. You will never be loved by her, no matter what your sacrifice, as you are never what she is seeking.”
So many people found this story romantic, when in reality?
This was a story about a retarded kid who fell in love with a complete piece of trash, who had the audience celebrate her as a whore: and gosh-darn it…..you’d better like it. Because……….well……..PATRIARCHY. And if you are a man? It is impossible for you to fail, even if you try. And if you are a woman? No matter how hard you fight, men will keep you down.
Sure makes me wonder about the matriarchy in Zemeckis’ family.
I never figured out why I don’t like that movie until others on this forum pointed out the above. “Real” Jenny compared and contrasted to Forrest’s imaginary ideal Jenny still makes me shudder.
The underlying theme is do what society demands of you and you will end up living a life of leisure. Just drift and let social pressure push you from one situation to another. Yeah right.
Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?
Anonymous12@Willy & RoyDal- Yes exactly. Forrest is a f~~~ up who in reality wouldn’t have lasted 5 minutes anywhere but in movie land he stumbles through life with 1 goal – to marry his beloved Jenny and with only one coping strategy “Run Forrest Run”. As a result the makers of the film get to fill most of the film with a montage of key historical moments and pop culture.
I never thought about Forrest’s mum owning that land and how again in reality her obvious wealth would have allowed her to place her son in school regardless of his retardation. That said, we never get to know anything about her so chances are she was an outcast as well and didn’t have the right social credibility to put her kid through school.
Jenny is a mess. She is a typical woman throughout. When Gump does try and help she stops him, she runs from him. Even after finding her in a strip club and as a gang bang chew toy for the Black Panthers he still holds strong to his belief that she is this divine angel. The whole time she does another classic woman thing, she rejects the nice guy who also happens to be a millionaire and spreads her legs for anyone. Until of course she has a kid, is close to death and then she runs to retard again who is more than happy to have her sloppy seconds and possibly someone else’s kid.
Let’s not forget as well that she also raped Forrest as I am pretty sure he had no clue what was happening at the time due to his mental retardation.
And yet somehow this is a classic of not only American cinema but also a warming throwback to the good ol’ days!
and with only one coping strategy “Run Forrest Run”.
That’s such an excellent point. I skipped on by that while talking, without even thinking of that as a coping tool. Great observation.
And to boot, even while he is out “Running” and using his coping tool, he still manages to fart blessings: by way of the guy inventing the smiley face t-shirt after wiping his face of the mud with it.

If I were to go ultra deep and cynical about the film, I would say the message of the movie is “Just let the currents take you where it will and everything will be fine” certainly seemed that way for Forrest, I mean if a Retarded guy can survive Vietnam and become a millionaire than we all can, right?!
I love the farting blessings line. So true!
when i was a kid watching this movie… i always thought forest gump was going after jenny because he was retarded…
