Hey guys ! I joined MGTOW.com a couple of days ago and I’ve been a MGHOW since recently. My story in a nutshell : I’m from Bulgaria and am currently first year in college. I became aware of the gender issues back in high school when I first had to deal with rejection. To be honest, I was never really about chasing women, so the firs several fails were enough for me to stop trying and start observing. I first stumbled across MRM and I was satisfied to see the issues I had were already being dealt with as well as that other people were sharing the same feelings. Eventually, while absorbing MRA content on YouTube, I came across MGTOW. Now, because I had a first-hand experience with activism on various social issues (different than the gender ones) I’ve seen the ineffectiveness of activism. It rarely achieves anything, and if it does, it’s fairly insignificant. Or at least that’s most of the times. Therefore, the more I learned about Men Going Their Own Way,the more preferable it became to me. I didn’t want to get into details about my case as there is nothing really interesting about it, and this introduction got too lengthy already. Anyways…
I actually made this topic as a request to the MGTOW.com community. I was learning about MGTOW mainly on YouTube and I have the impression that the majority of both MRA and MGTOW content comes from Western English-speaking countries, like Canada, the UK and the United States. Now, I myself am an Eastern European and I also enjoy working and learning about different cultures. I am studying different languages at college and this, as well as “meeting” different cultures is my most favorite occupation. My request to you, guys, is to share which country you are from, as well as the culture you live in, or have experienced (while travelling, through friends, etc.) , regarding MGTOW and the gender issues.
That’s all. Best wishes to all men going their own way and Cheers !Hello and welcome to the website. You’ll find there is a thread called mgtow demographics already on site. Have fun!
There’s at least one registered brazilian MGTOW. It seems that in among my 30 friends, only me and another one are MGTOW.
It’s nice to have a MGHOW friend in the phisical world. I live in Eastern Europe and in my country MGTOW is not popular at all. I have to rely on forums like this one to exchange thoughts with MGTOW men; and on YouTube videos of course. Feminism on the other hand is becoming more and more popular here which makes me positive that men will start developing awareness of the gender realities that we are forced to live in and therefore these men will eventually discover MGTOW and similar pro-male trends.
Anonymous5The feminists should have seen this coming, but they are women. Women are too stupid/illogical and don’t have opinions of their own. They are like children and just follow whatever Twitter, MTV and Cosmo Magazine tells them too. So with the rise of Feminism recently and their hate message will only make MGTOW stronger in the end. The feminists have lost and they don’t even realize it.
Welcome my far away brother. MGTOW is here for you.
