I might add my 2 collections of over 800 MGTOW 101 videos that took days to compile, sort through and upload.

And I had to remove the countless duplicates and re-runs.

Check each file for it’s integrity and see if it plays without error.

Well, it’s now nice to have an arsenal of download tools.

The “Replay Media catcher 7” hangs at no. 22 while “4K Video Downloader” does a perfect job. There are cases in which the 4 K fails.

And the good old “no longer supported” WMR 16 is the only tool to get MKV with OPUS audio. Then I have to download everything manually.

My storage will be approaching 4 TB soon, since I save different resolutions and formats.

Soon no SATA port of my 20 machines will go unused. The Western Digital RE-4 hard disks have a vibration cancelling circuit built in and this PC here is way above 25 Kilograms in weight and is quiet like a whisper. 7 Disks and you can sleep next to it if needed.

Remastering audio takes a lot of space. Saving files in 32 Bit and 192 kHz “upsampling” (to get more precise rendering…)

One 4 hour radio show (3.2 hours effectively) needs 16 GB…

Well, you get better CD-“Target Format” 44.1 kHz if you come down from 384 kHz… S~~~ converted “simply” from 48 to 44.1 sounds “glassy”.

Rendering takes days but the results are worth it.

10 years worth of “American Top 40 – The Seventies” took a month to render on my old machines. That’s why now I have a cluster of old (but 3 GHz) quad cores.

These shows now sound like they did on 1970’s FM before the Compressor and Loudness war made FM s~~~ty and tiring to listen to.

So I just found the original AVI files of these “ManWomanMyth” films.

In 544p which is the best I found and all other mirrors cut the quality down to 480 lines…

And have garbled audio…

Using the default settings on my “Replay Media converter pro” gave me “pedestrian” quality as well.

But I hand calculated the old 4:3 aspect ratio to the 1080p (1080 x 1452) and cranked up the video and audio output bit rate. As well as “forbidding” unnecessary audio sample rate conversion…

(LOL. No more need to reduce the file sizes in these days…)

Now I can look at these films “upscaled” – not “sharper” but with less artifacts. And in “modern” mp4 – H264 YouTube compatible standard…

These films are worth it.
