NFL Network suspends Marshall Faulk, other ex-players over sexual misconduct allegations

The NFL Network suspended three former players turned analysts — Marshall Faulk, Ike Taylor and Heath Evans — amid allegations in a lawsuit of sexual harassment.

An NFL spokesperson told CBS Sports the trio was suspended “pending an investigation” into allegations detailed in an amended complaint filed by Jami L. Cantor, a former makeup artist who worked at the league-owned network.

“Marshall Faulk, Ike Taylor, and Heath Evans have been suspended from their duties at NFL Network pending an investigation into these allegations,” NFL spokesperson Alex Reithmiller said.

Cantor initially filed a complaint against the network back in October, alleging sexual harassment from multiple employees. However, no names were mentioned in the lawsuit. Since then, a wave of sexual harassment and assault lawsuits have sprung up across Hollywood and in the media and entertainment industries.

On Monday, Cantor’s attorneys filed an amended complaint — you can read it here — that lists out a number of graphic details — Deadspin has some of them listed here, warning they are NSFW — against various employees. Additionally, Cantor’s lawsuit alleges that former NFL Network executive Eric Weinberger, now with The Ringer, sexually harassed her.

The Ringer told Kevin Draper of The New York Times that Weinberger was placed on “indefinite leave” Monday night, pending an investigation.

NFL Network hires a lot of women to be on their shows. This doesn’t surprise me. Esp when they keep trying to promote attractive women on their programs. More of what allowing women in the workplace has contributed to society. All the more reason to #ICETHEMOUT To the same point though, these guys should not have put themselves in any situations that would have gotten them in trouble in the first place.

Personally, i see the bright side to this. Women can’t hide their true nature, they’re showing the world who they really are … they’re pieces of s~~~. Some posted a thread about a site called SafeMen. it proposed that men sign a pledge to help stop sexual abuse on women. One of the steps was if a women claimed sexual abuse, sexual harassment the she was to be automatically believed. I call BS on that, I want to see proof. Showing and claiming some sexual deviant did something to her decades later is bulls~~~. I can see where a woman might be traumatized and might need a couple of months to settle down and then make the claim, but decades?

I am not liking that men’s careers and lives are being destroyed on mere allegations with no proof and no evidence. Women are getting too much power in the West and many are abusing it as people will do when they get power. I still think that a woman making a false claim serve the same sentence a man would have gotten if the claim had gone through.

The woman in question used to work for the NFL Network handling wardrobes for the people on the show. Part of the suit alleges that she was terminated without warning and accused of stealing clothes from people on the show.

I cared for the first few weeks of this s~~~. Now I actually encourage it. And by encourage I mean I actively cheer it on. I take a NFG attitude. People keep doing the wrong things until stuff gets so bad that they can’t do those things any more. So, I say let it go on and on and on. Feminism was bad when it started. Feminism was worse when I was young. So now feminism has taken over and is actively destroying everyone in broad daylight. Yep, when embers are left maybe, just maybe, the general public will see the light.
