I’m going to get some to show my support and could do with losing a few pounds as I’ve been hitting the beer hard this year and have got a bit podgy so need to start up my weights again

Yeah, I need to drop some fat as well. Maybe a MGTOW fat loss thread is in order.

@All: I used to have a nice tool shed that I’d built up over the years. I looked down in the shower once and realized that I’d soon not be able to see my feet. I’ve read that being fat is 80% diet and 20% exercise so I took on both.

I chose to cut carbs and use portion control buying a food scale is a good investment. I basically eat modest amounts of meat, eggs and lots of vegetables. Substitute whiskey/vodka/rum for beer as alcohol is not a carbohydrate, but beer is loaded with carbs. Also, drop all sugars from your diet. Have you ever noticed that liquor alcoholics are skinny as rails?

Anyway, I’ll soon be going to my 30th high school reunion, and I’m one of the most fit of the group. It’s going to be rough looking at all of the land whales that used to be hot. People that have not seen me in a while freak out. I also have a gym room in my house, ride bikes and sea kayak.

The other thing is to slowly loose the weight about 1 kg or 2 lbs a week. I turned my overweight friend on to it, and he is now normal. One can also have carb cheat days on occasion. I actually feel like I’m hungover if I consume too many carbs now.

    Arjun is the man!!!

Did a little more digging; apparently Protein World now has a shipping warehouse in Jersey and they DO ship to the U.S.

It seems the land whales are getting more crazy and hysterical by the day.

Suddenly have the urge to buy some protein world stuff… go Arjun!

It’s significant that their protein has no aspertame, I shot him an email to confirm no acesulfame as well. Awaiting reply, will post, he said 48hrs.

BTW don’t even think of buying protein with aspartame or acesulfame. Artificial sweetners eff you up.  Like the Belushi guy Soulman says, follow the money. the trail on aspertame is disgusting. For children, “how would you like to grow up mentally retarded?” and for adults, “How’d you like to slow down your metabolism, get headaches and feel like crap.  Even GNC creatine is drenched in this crap, you have to hand rinse it off. Even “natural pantry” stocks this unnatural cra…………………………….

Interestingly enough, I’ve learned to avoid artificial sweeteners as well…but also some natural ones like stevia.  I used that for quite some time, but found out that for those with a physical anxiety (such as myself), it can actually worsen it.  It made sense to me, really.  I’ve cut it off and have been significantly better (though it may also be from me using Tibetan Natural Healing herb vitamins).  Knowing that Protein World’s stuff doesn’t contain aspartame or acesulfame attracts me even more.

I highly intend to order their products. Seems my natural growing has come to a stifling hault, and i’m starting to put on some weight. And this is a company i could certainly stand behind.
