I have a softspot for him because he is so damn clever and funny. But I was one of his victim. He trolled me HARD without cause or provocation really. I wish there was a place here for him. I wish that this website was functional.

In a perfect Manosphere, this website would still be a shining beacon for men, accessible and fleeced, and Gargamel would be temperate and restrained, “in a perfect manosphere” … unfortunately, its total anarchy.

I say soft spot, because when I came back to this site in 2018 or whatever, Gargamel was posting stuff which I more or less thought was well constructed Red Pill posts. And he displayed a vast knowledge of all the weird technical sh!t that he knows so much about. In my mind, I thought he was one of the best of us. But then you REALLY get to know him, and the attributes start to get counterbalanced by severe personal paranoia he displayed. Honestly, I believe he has a legit Multiple Personality Disorder. Some of the other personalities may have different accounts that are still active here.

When you think about it. Who sabotaged PMs here? Who else would be SO SCARED and PARANOID about people Private Messaging eachother here? And someone who was familiar enough with code to actually come in here and botch it… GARGAMEL displays those exact insecure traits and ability.

FOR EXAMPLE. WHOSE AVATAR WAS THIS? WHO WAS THIS PERSON?!!!

Here one day, gone the next, acting in a capacity to stop Gargamel’s barrage. May have even banned Gargamel. But who is he? And he is still absent. IS HE AN ALTER EGO OF GARGAMEL? Was he an alter ego of Keymaster?

There are still so many open questions bro.

I was beginning to have some respect for both Gargamel & the MGTower until they both went full retard. Actually, as I remember it was tower who “wound up” Garg until he popped a spring. He’s not been right since then. Tower would just throw fuel onto whatever erked Gargamel. The subscription drama was all organized BS in my view.(Whatever it WAS that had KM shut-out the site was already there, but yet unknown to us). You can see the heightened anger in KM’s posts after the subscription drama happened. THEN, he stopped posting altogether. That “Catkiller” was likely KM trying to be incog;yet keep the integrity of the web-site.
This “seems” fitting upon a closer look at timeline and behavior, but it’s just my .02

Yes – it was obviously orchestrated. That said, it did follow a long period in which the site had serious technical problems that remained unaddressed.

Possible, but unlikely. The Catkiller claimed to have launched attacks on TIM. KM didn’t need to do any of that – all he had to do was ban Gargamel and sort out the access bugs.

What was odd was the closing of membership and the shutting down of PM’s. To me, that smacks of desperation.

KeyMaster, the one I remember from 2015, would never have turned on us, or this beautiful website he built. SOME ASSHOLE HE TRUSTED, betrayed him! I doubt the lawsuit thing more and more because we’d of heard about it. Why would anyone have a gag order about a Men’s Forum?

He was betrayed from the inside. Then he had no choice but to just leave I guess. He has his reasons…

KM did allude to a serious illness at one point. He did reappear and seemed to be back on form, promising upgrades and so on. He also mentioned a big project elsewhere that was coming to fruition. Then he vanished again.

Thereafter we had the amateurish meddling with the forum (that popup and the censorship of words). There also seems to have been some other minor meddling since.

It is possible that KM fell seriously ill and gave the keys to someone who simply doesn’t know what they are doing.

Agreed. Although the extreme leftist hate organizations love throwing their labels and stigmas at everything that moves (especially escapees from the plantation), I just don’t see any more success for them shutting down MGTOW than they’d have shutting down #walkaway. They’re the same damn thing! Different raison d’être perhaps, but same pacifist technique of simply walking away. The more these organizations try to attack completely benign “movements” like #walkaway or MGTOW or whatever just because of salty rhetoric, the less legitimate they are. They’re goddamn fools if they put any effort into shutting down websites like this. It won’t work, guaranteed. And I think they know that. That’s why I think it was either technical in nature or some other in-house problem.

KM told me at that time that he had had Bronchitis which turned into Pneumonia for which he was hospitalized.He told me he was doing 80+ hours on the 2 websites and had to slow down on 1 of them,(presumably MGTOW). A few weeks later he re-appeared shortly, and told everyone of the upgrades coming here “soon.”

Everything was fine. Even the intercene fighting. It’s just when someone started to hack the site and end threads in never ending loop code that things got intolerable. I’d much prefer things to stay the way they are than to go back to a thread that you couldn’t tell one day from the next would get destroyed.
