MGTOW Community,
Mental health is never far from my thoughts. Especially since I am currently experiencing a major period of anxiety and depression in my own life. Even more so as I approach my 30th birthday and currently do not have any job.
I can’t help noticing that mental health problems seem to be the huge elephant in the room nowadays. It seems modern society just wants to sweep it under the carpet without addressing the root causes.
When are we going to realise that this issue is not going to go away and seems to be getting worse as each day dawns………..
I created this post to gauge other thoughts and possible suggestions on how to address and possibly solve this huge problem (if possible).
Anonymous0Hi,
Why do you have no Job?
Anonymous42******suggestions on how to address and possibly solve this huge problem (if possible).
First off, we can’t solve the worlds problems, we can only solve our own problems, one man at a time, one red pill at a time, one day at a time, one step at a time.
The journey of a thousand steps is made one step at a time. Start walking!
A mix between;
1. Leaving the comfort zone of not having to interact with society and it’s social conventions and bulls~~~.
2. Genuine lack of opportunity in my local area.
I have applications pending at the moment so it could all change in the next few weeks. It’s just sometimes easier to hide………………:(
A valid point MG-Tower.
Anonymous42Yea man, we all need to clean our lives up, mental decay is a constant, by staying charged and focused, you’ll be in much better shape, and things will get better! Avoid distractions, and others negative influences, stay away from losers, and avoid being in neutral. Stay busy and active, don’t let things get you down (literately), depression and sleeping is the worst thing you can do. Stand up, and keep going, like you’re climbing Mt.Everest, don’t worry about the dangers until confronted, stay focused on the immediate path. It’s your life, and it’s your choice.
The truth is, in regards to human interaction, we are alone. I think a lot of people know this subconsciously but do not want to or know how to acknowledge it. The need to satisfy base desires is what tears society apart in one respect but allows industry to thrive in another.
I believe people don’t want to acknowledge mental illness because they don’t want to leave their “happy little world” by acknowledging that they too could be like that “sick” person. People, for the most part, only care about how they feel regardless of how it affects others. They don’t want to see a weak human being because it means they share something with that “sick” person- humanity.
In regards to the job, I wouldn’t worry more than one has too. I have observed that wealth comes and goes no matter how much or how little you have. The job market sucks no matter what your age is. Also some men find financial success only in their later years. Some work their whole lives find success then die soon after, without really being able to enjoy it.
Mental illness trumps homosexuality when it comes to issues that society is tolerant of. People see homosexuality as a personal choice while the mentally ill are seen as damaged goods that can’t be fixed. A lot of homeless men suffer from mental illness yet society just s~~~s on them instead of giving them any kind of help. Whether it’s PTSD, schizophrenia, etc., they see them as pariahs and look the other way. On the other hand, cupcake gets all the support she needs for the most trivial aspects of her life and usually tries to pretend she has an illness to get sympathy and excuses for her behavior. It’s like “Don’t say I act like I bitch I suffer from depression”.
The number of women that go into therapy because they are unhappy continues to grow and a lot of it is thanks to buying into the gynocentric narrative. They want their therapist to say that it’s all societies fault and they are not contributing to their own misery.
The Children of Doom... Doom's Children. They told my lord the way to the Mountain of Power. They told him to throw down his sword and return to the Earth... Ha! Time enough for the Earth in the grave.
Anonymous0Hi Fracture,
Leaving the comfort zone of not having to interact with society and it’s social conventions and bulls~~~.
Is it really a not interacting with Society when you are hiding in your comfort Zone ?
Is it not that what they want you to do ? Not Standing in their way while they are passing laws ? Not contradicting when they are telling lies ? Not to raise your f***ing fist when THEY WANT TO KILL YOU ?!?!?!?.Oh, I know, the comfort Zone, this god damned perfect programmed prison…The comfort Zone is a kind of kennel not occcupied by a dog but watched by a dog. YOU are sitting inside, feeling secure not really save but secure and your inner temptation is watching the kennel and will do everything to keep you inside.
Switch your comfort zone to a confront zone. Starting with yourself and say yes I MAKE IT, and tell all the others NO I am not taking your S~~~.
The more you interact, the more you realise the s~~~ and the more you are able to see whats coming next and the more you can act before they even know what’s going on, and freedom will stay by your side. Never withdraw from life. You got only this one.
Jesus Christ you are 30….it is your POWERAGE….Make it !!!!The Secret of Happiness is Freedom. The Secret of Freedom is Courage – Perikles 495 – 429 BC
Good luck with your applications.
CHEERS!!!
I thank you all for your kind words and advice. You are exceptional men as is the perspective that collective communities like this create.
Thank You!

Once again very wise words there MG-Tower, great..!

Hollowmile, I deeply concur.
Well, I can’t quote all of you fellas but you all made excellent points here.
1. Leaving the comfort zone of not having to interact with society and it’s social conventions and bulls~~~. 2. Genuine lack of opportunity in my local area. I have applications pending at the moment so it could all change in the next few weeks. It’s just sometimes easier to hide………………:(
Now to you, Fracture. If it may be any cancellation to you but I am currently in quite the exact same situation like you in a way. Whilst my so far “day job” keeps crumbling in my very hands, which btw is almost just as bad as being unemployed, I did swear to myself that I will never ever give myself up or lie down and die quietly (and I am quite a bit older than you in my early to mid 40s). Oh no, if there was one person to have taught me that then it most definitely was my own father because at the age of 52 (and I was only 22 at the time) he actually killed himself. It was exactly then when I decided without ever looking back: no waay, his fate shall not be the same as mine as much of an “iffy” mentor he might have been to me, since in retrospect I believe he was one of the most cowardly white knight manginas I have ever met and yes I still judge him for his premature death, although as it turned out he apparently was manic depressive and maybe even to some extend saw it all coming or had some sort of a premonition back then in the early 90s of this very gloomy future which we now at times consider the present to be. But then, in every crisis even a personal one there is always a hidden chance. About half a year ago I was extremely depressed myself but I guess by now in part thanks to this very forum I deem myself on the road of personal recovery. All of my ideas are spinning in my head like mad only waiting to finally be released for the greater good and maybe along the way I could even do my bit to help lots of other people, too in the very process, but like MG-Tower rightly said: “one step at a time…”

I'd rather die a natual death with a clear MGTOW conscience somewhere off the grid than one within "modern" civilisation with a big stress mark on my forehead and a couple of dozen tubes plugged into my body. Back to the plantation..? Me..? Hey, literally: I won't ever fucking kid myself...YZERLMNTSIC
