i just want to say this, as this military mangina shaming seems to be exploding among the mgtows.

i once applied to join the Canadian Army because… i needed a job, and they PAY WELL – starting at $50k/yr + 80% pension after 10 years.
btw, i didn’t get in because i was too smart lol, they said i was a “double edged sword”

don’t get me wrong though, the two guys that i knew from highschool who did get into the army, were complete and utter manginas.

But if they didn’t limit the intelligence of the people they recruit, i might of been one of them.

only about 30% of people end up in the career they want to be in; not everyone has the luxury of choice and people do need to eat.

In a way that’s part of sovereignty too though – the ability to give up your own sovereignty, to trade it off for something else. In this case, for pay + pension + 3 hot meals every day.

If I could get into the military, I would. It’s not necessarily “white-knighting” if you have your eyes open, believe that the military is your best option, and earnestly WANT to join. Also, you don’t “give up your sovereignty totally and completely”, but instead, you are freely signing up to obey orders and give up part of your sovereignty to work to take out the bad guys as a team. Besides, just think of how ineffective the military would be if everyone went their own way in everything!

The whole reason we don’t believe in modern marriage is because it absolutely fails a cost/benefit analysis. If we lived in ancient times, we would probably each have a wife, because we wouldn’t have to put up with a bunch of crap, we would have a reason to keep them around (Dishwashers, washing machines, vacuum cleaners, and modern cleaning solutions are relatively new inventions).

For many people, the military is worth it, as the benefit outweigh the risks. If I join the military, I can sign up for a program that pays for my college and then guarantees me a job for at least six years after that! Then, if I get the right skills, I can set myself up for success in the private sector in everything from engineering to piloting, to private security to science. Not only that, but I can do all this while working in a male-dominated field! I’m the kind of guy that likes shooting fully-automatic weapons, learning martial arts, traveling, and hiking. What job would satisfy these preferences aside from military? Granted, I could always join Academi, but they make you sign a contract, also!

In the end, if “going your own way” means that you personally want to join the military and have a desire to be a soldier, then I personally don’t see how anyone could call that “white-knighting”.

Some affirmative action program may allow some c~~~ to participate, she may hang out for a year or two. But it is not in her nature.
