Men have no rights in India

Section 498A of India’s Anti-dowry Harrasement Law was introduced in early eighties to protect married women from being subjected to cruelty.
“Cruelty” includes mental harm of women.

Currently, husbands and their relatives are often charged with false harassment by their wives or her family members when some marital problems arise.

A husband or his family members are presumed to be guilty till they prove their innocence in the court. The guilty is punishable with a jail term of up to three years. A woman can file a false charge resulting in the immediate incarceration of the husband for years until he proves his innocence.

This law has destroyed the lives and dreams of many males of India. It is said that more than 60,000 male suicides every year are due to 498 A. Now days, this law is used by wives for making their husbands slaves.

India’s Supreme Court in 2010 said the law had become a “weapon in the hands of disgruntled women”.

I know 498A has been battled in the courts and I’m not aware of it’s current status.

It’s not only in the USA- men are abused by women everywhere.

Not just three years.. the whole family can end up behind bars for more than ten years.

498A is the biggest nightmare for all the married man in India. Most of us are doomed to be enslaved by wives under law.

Unlike in western countries, you cannot “choose” to not get married without risking becoming an outcast and blowing up your public image. Even if you do, they’d just kidnap you and force a woman upon you. Yes, its real, they do that here.

Bachelor men are treated like s~~~ by the society…and if that wasn’t enough, in some parts, you can’t even get hired for a job if you’re past your 30s and not married. You’re either labelled as a ‘loser’ or a ‘criminal’ if you do not marry. Its ridiculous how people think. They’d be like: “Oh, he’s not married. He must have a problem down there”… or “He’s probably indulged in unethical businesses”. I’ve seen one of my uncles go through that hell. It is one of my biggest fears in the future.

In India, if you touch a girl (doesn’t matter if it was intentional or an accident), you could be jailed.

Even keeping a hand on a woman’s shoulder can be constituted as outraging her modesty — if she chooses to interpret it as such.

Its impossible “not” to be a mangina over here. I am pretty sure I’m gonna get murdered if people in my locality find out I’m into MGTOW.

There is a point where life is not worth living.

The most dangerous man in the world is one whom has nothing to lose.

And if one is forced in a position of being a slave or imprisonment, by society. Then, one does not hold any loyalty to society, nor anyone that has created, or maintain said situation.

If one is doomed anyway. Why not just go for broke, and make sure at the end to make a hasty enough exit from this life, to cheat the executioner of his prize.

Even gay people are forced to marry a woman:

Then it no wounder that their are a huge number of Indians coming to Australia I suggest you follow suit. But it does amaze me that men simply will not rise up and take what is there’s.

I’m personally effected by, and understand the weaponization of law, and how it’s used to destroy the body politic, sweeping the people into a bad situation where poverty flourishes and tyranny is free to sprawl! The “defacto empowered” reign as all mighty and all knowing (the arrogance of an unconstitutional reform of government).

You think it will be easy for you if you are not married…??HAHAHAHA…..

About the story in the video:
Girl had a disagreement with the guy on the traffic signal.Furious, she took his pic and posted it on facebook alleging that “He molested me..waaaahh!!!”
Guy loses his job and is branded a molester, pervert…EVEN BEFORE THE INVESTIGATION IS YET TO START.

And what does the investigation find out??
The girl made it all up…!!
    Conclusion:
Indians are playing “LIFE” on difficulty level,”HARD”.

Not only 498a, its women itself the biggest nightmare for all men either you are enslaved by the law or by her nagging and emotional tortures.. I’ve also heard that they are gonna make laws for marital rape, which means your wife can cry rape anytime most probably when you don’t fulfill her needs..But i still doubt men in India are gonna back off from getting married..most men are manginas and sexually deprived so not many are going to look women for what they are.,

@varun don’t ever f~~~ing give a s~~~ about the society, its designed in such a way were men are deemed to fail, so do live your life on your own terms.. If you don’t wanna get married, then don’t period.

Men in India need to tell their family to f~~~ off if they don’t like it that they don’t want to marry.

There’s one of the biggest problems right there. You can’t just say “f~~~ off” to the people that made up about 80% of yourself. We hold our family vaues as very sacred, their serenity instilled deep into our genes. The media made sure of that. Our culture made sure of that. If you’re an Indian, you’re forced to get married, either directly or indirectly, it doesn’t matter. Or else you’re branded as ‘not human’ or worse. Most people don’t want to accept the reality so they keep iving the dream.

Not only 498a, its women itself the biggest nightmare for all men either you are enslaved by the law or by her nagging and emotional tortures.. It is easier said than done. Cannot go on my own terms without going through a huge buk of hell. Uness, of course, I get to run away somewhere else.

India doesn’t sound like a living place.
    And neither does Africa.

Maybe it’s all business? Some sort of mafia?

"We are free to follow our own path. There are those who will take that freedom from us, and too many of you gladly give it. But it is our ability to choose – whatever you think is true – that makes us human. There is no book or teacher to give you the answers, to show you the path. Choose your own way! Do not follow me, or anyone else."

Then do it.. get out and earn your own money, live your life the way you wanted..

Feminism in India is pure business, aka: trying to sell western products to people with traditional mindsets with the help of media.. how can you do it? simple just make them think that modernization means something with what you wear, drink, eat or even how many sex partners you have got and not with your outlook and for with women just make them feel that they are equal to men, they got better IQ’s, better logical thinking, better drivers, stronger than men, can lift a mountain, they don’t need men, etc.etc…. Once you make them feel that now you have got billion brainwashed people who are ready to buy your products.. This is gonna get really worse in India in future .. But one good thing that has happened in due process is that they have unknowingly exposed the true nature of women which we wouldn’t have known unless.

    Varun-
Thank you for enlightening us. Wow.
It sounds like you are in a no win situation. Difficult decisions.
If I were in that situation, I probably would look for an exit strategy. But family, finances etc are all factors.
I thought things were bad in America- and they are- but life in India sounds like a bitch. Good luck and let us know how you plan to handle things. Thanks
