I can’t remember who said that quote, but it was one of the members here.

But, Here’s an article proving this to be true.

If men end up taking care of themselves while they’re younger, they can expect to live well over 100 years without any major health problems at all.

I’ve also read somewhere that this martial arts master could sit upright for 3 days without food or water and still be full of energy.

Women, on the other hand tend to let themselves go and become land whales after they hit the wall married or not.

But, it just goes to show men age like fine wine.

obesity and overweight rates are very high for both men and women……

also, men are valued by their resources more than their looks

Haha, in my eyes society already sucks big time. So whether I live over a 100 or not isn’t a big deal to me. I just usually stick to myself.

That’s true, but obesity really only happens in western countries because we’re so used to jumbo sized everything. But even in non-western countries, women still find excuses not to take care of themselves

Here in Asia they still do let themselves go but fewer of them. There is a huge, huge emphasis on at least being reasonably thin; fat acceptance does not fly here. Amy Schumer would or Lena Dunham would be laughed and shamed to scorn, here. That’s the positive side here. But then the women are still all nagging and entitled and with hold sex all the time and sleep 30-hours a day then they wonder why husbands don’t love them or nobody wants them.

my younger baby-face is now chiseled into handsomeness..
women have those good years between 18 to mid 30’s at most.
then the decline into THE WALL.
men keep getting better and better..

the one’s my age about 50 are washed up hags, very rare to see an exception.
i have no wrinkles and no flab.
a woman my age has to LIVE in the gym to be in as good shape.

I still have a baby face haha. Just this last weekend I was playing the penny slots in a casino and got carded about every 10 minutes during an hour of being there. I bet I could hold a new world record for getting carded for an ID.

And you’re right about that. All of the women even in my family even who are 40 or above are old wrinkled up hags. And most of them still smoke.

In all my years I’ve never seen a post wall woman who looked half way decent outside of the internet or TV.

Sadly with a lot of people I think its a complete lack of physical activity more so than diet. Couch potatoes that eat clean aren’t really in better shape than an active person who eats fast food a couple times a week who has no problem burning it off with the extra activity and muscle mass the “healthy” couch potato doesn’t have.

I think it’s a lack of physical activity and not eating correctly. Western societies, especially in America and Canada, are getting fatter at a higher rate due to this “fat acceptance” bulls~~~.
