If any of you guys have problems with stress or anxiety check this out. I learned it a couple of years ago because of my dad and I forgot how good it was. It can be quite pricy to learn, they are taught at centers but it works better than cigarettes!“According to the Transcendental Meditation movement, it is a method for relaxation, stress reduction, and self-development.”

I found it to be an amazing tool through my life. Especially when I had cancer. Chemo was hell until I gave myself over to meditation.
Even today during high stress/pressure I will take time.
At work if I have rough landing ahead … I will take time to centre and lower stress levels.
I does the trick for me.

Anonymous7Sometimes that’s the case with me as well, it will even make it worse. I actually asked the guy that taught me TM and he said that it can happen if you don’t meditate on a regular basis (twice a day).
But I almost never do that lol. I think I”m going to try it though.
Simply, closing your eyes, breathing slow, deep, controlled, while calming down for just a minute, reduces stress by quite a bit, and you get to cool the computer(head) down, as it does a fast reboot.
If you can sit down for a couple of minutes and do so, even better, it’s practically meditation at that point though.
Works wonders here.

My best escape from every day stress of life an business was going alone into the wild/wilderness away from the city and people.
