I am about to put myself in a relaxing mindset . Heres how i am about to roll .

Burning incense . White sage . Keeps c~~~ spirits away .

Got some dencorub muscle heat jel wich i will rub in my shoulders and neck . Extra heat .

Lots of weed . Chop up a s~~~ load so you dont have to worry about chopping up after 10 cones . Keep it in air tight container like a chinese take away dish . Blade weed tip . If you want a bigger buzz punch like 3 cones in a row and lay down . Good if your in pane .

Then turn on a video game . Playing ace combat . Addicted to it recently . Squadron leader . I roll tron style pretending there real life tuskens put in the planes tron style by the devil .

Now. The music . I have this on repeat as i am getting my game on .

Ok time to pick a plane and mission . Time to relax and blow motherf~~~ers to pieces old school on my ps3 . Gotta update .

was f~~~in arojnd . The music i had to match for ace combat . It was all in good humor bro . Looking forward to a catch with yas again . I hopped of when you hopped on because i wad just on there for a bit .

Had medical files problem again today pised oc trying to keep my mind of it for the day . They went thats not wright . Doctor and nurse . There were scripts on there i hadn’t had on my file . I have a new doctor old guy . He only seen me a few weeks ago anx gave me well over an hour with my father . Doctor hax noticed after the other week he found a couple of files that are correct . The surgery all ready had me files he noted missing seeing me days after .

Today it was i got medication yesterday . I only take two forms of medication . Only when i need to take it .

I think after today he really knows i am not bulls~~~ting .

F~~~ in surgery last year they tolx me i have no f~~~ up liver scarring anx a part of one of my lungs f~~~ed . Nope there were no records . Told them it was from a rare bug and they can stick me in a machine to check .

The tentacles of not just the family court go deep into society . STATS AND COVERING THERE ARSES . trying to get me to beleave i am immigining s~~~ .

I continue to challenge these motherf~~~ers . Maybe thats why . The more against me the happier i am .

This doctor will not be the first . Gaurentee next time i go into the doctors same again . Iwill here the same thing when he pulls me up on his screen . Thats strange or thats odd .

It destroys me going threw all kinds of evidence i have in black anx white anc some vids .

But today its been made that i have used medication script already . It didn even match up with the doc . As i have seen him a few times recently .

The drug i take when needed which i dont take often . So it could make me look like a junky . Discredit .

There is on doc out there that helped me once he took an intrest and went threw some papers i lent him and he took an intrest . Salute that old guy
