I’m so glad I didn’t pay for this fight. It was similar to the Pacquiao fight…but much worse. Berto probably got winded just from chasing Mayweather around the ring. Only about 5 minutes of this fight had some exciting moments. The fighters and the promoters got paid and that’s that.
"I saw that there comes a point, in the defeat of any man of virtue, when his own consent is needed for evil to win-and that no manner of injury done to him by others can succeed if he chooses to withhold his consent. I saw that I could put an end to your outrages by pronouncing a single word in my mind. I pronounced it. The word was ‘No.’" (Atlas Shrugged)
Never understood why people paid for any of this “scorecard fighter” fights. He fights for points not victories.
Never lose sight of what brought you here.
That’s a strategy, there is no fault in that as long as the rules still allow you to be win by points, not K.O.
But that just not suited my style, i like hard or flair fighter like Vitaly Klitschko (hard type) and Naseem Hamed (flair type).
If i’m asked if ‘am i a fan of Mayweather?’ the answer is big NO.
He maybe win and have a very good record but i’m not his fan.
