    Sounded a lot like the dude was bringing more assets to the table and made more money, and simply didn’t want to lose half a house he was paying for should the relations~~~ not work out.

    I’d like to say smart man for planning that out ahead of time, but ultimately, he’s still planning on marriage so he can’t be that smart.
