Attention all men. Do not marry, do not cohabitate, stay the f~~~ away from women. The legal system will wreck you in so many unforeseen ways that even the lawyers and the judges can’t figure it out.

False rape and assault charges, unwanted pregnancies, diseases, harassment at work, alimony, child support to kids that may not be yours, the one phone call will put you in jail, crushed dreams, subjugation and humiliation…and that’s if you are lucky. Suicide and her murderous actions await as well.

The world is full of men divorced at retirement and are whacked with imputed income. Insidious. Hateful.

There is a reason why I am more then 1000 miles from my ex.

In Massachusetts there’s a condemned family campground that was (once upon a time prior to 1/10/74) a promised residential housing subdivision.

A Massachusetts Judge sentenced me to life in a condemned family campground at the tender age 12, all because my parents purchased a building lot in Massachusetts during the debacle of their Subdivision Control act of 1966.

Nothing has changed, except for the deterioration and exasorbated life threatening conditions. 43 years and still waiting for justice, but I doubt I’ll see any justice before the collapse consumes us all, then it’s OPEN SEASON ON THE ELITES!

What a great article. Why isn’t this article a feature on Fox’s website? Why isn’t this story being told on morning “news” stations? Instead they’re showing a little boy shooting his sister with a leaf blower.

I read every agonizing word of this article. What a f~~~ing sham marriage/divorce is:
“My ex-wife is being supported by her partner, by me, and by my current wife,” Schwartz says, “and my ex is the only one of us who doesn’t get up to go to work in the morning.”

OH, and isn’t it ironic that the aged Cupcake left him when his new business failed….

She had no problem being married to him as long as he was making bank.

My issue with the article is that assumed alimony is justified under some cases. It isn’t ever, IMO.

I can somewhat see where a woman gets married under the understanding that she will get alimony upon divorce. Easily solved though, as alimony can be laid out as legal option when getting married. The potential husband can either agree to pay alimony on divorce, or not to. Potential wife can chose to either not get married, or never give up her career if alimony isn’t promised.

Regardless, alimony should never be independent of the husband’s income.

    Ok. Then do it.

Four years old but a step in the right direction, as long as the courts attempt to correct the original errors.

    ———————— Quote from article ————————————————–
Critics said the old law discouraged recipients, most of them women, from supporting themselves, and from remarrying.

Anyone on entitlements seeks to continue receiving entitlements and non-supporting themselves.

    ———————— Quote from article ————————————————–
The new law, which went into effect March 1, 2012, was hailed as the most dramatic reform in family law in decades and as a model nationwide, with alimony based on need. Unanimously approved by the Massachusetts Legislature, it curbs lifetime payments and sets specific time limits on alimony for marriages of 20 years or less. In longer marriages, judges may still determine the length of support payments.

A new concept, they need to go to work and start using the college degree or former work experience that allowed them to meet their ex spouse in the first place.

The best alimony reform is just to not get married. Problem solved.
