One day, a thought crossed my mind: why don’t I (who despise marriage) marry a good friend of mine (who despises marriage too, and she’s a woman; hold on, don’t start telling me they are all the same YET) in order to make some cash from the wedding and set ourselves up for a bit. And afterwards, each of us does whatever he and she wants, just as before.
This is because I am friends with this woman, who happens to be one of the smartest girls I know and we are not in love, etc., and we share the same views.
I know what you’re thinking, of course – NAWALT – but doesn’t NAWALT apply when you are in love and desire a relationship from a girl? Which is not the case with me and this girl.I am not poised on putting this marriage for cash plan in application, it was merely an idea. She laughed when she heard it, and told me that perhaps later she will think about it, because it doesn’t sound too bad an idea.
And yet, I would like to hear your ideas regarding this idea. Do you expect for her to change after marriage, even though we weren’t in love, and just friends with similar views? Or what do you think would happen?
Keep in mind that I live in Eastern Europe, which means that there are differences in our societies.
this idea is EXTREMELY bad
marriage for cash?for you? dont you mean for her????
i think she wont change she’ll do what she would do now, divorce you and take all your f~~~ing money bro
you said it’s just an idea, i suggest you stop thinking about this, before you actually do some s~~~ like this and end up f~~~ed for life.
It’s a trap!

How do they roll in Eastern Europe?
Can you marry her without signing a legal document? (like married in the eyes of society by ceremony)This is why I said we need a mgtow.com sham gay wedding forum. Dont marry a woman for tax breaks etc ….. marry another mgtow 🙂
ILiveAgain has the right of it.
Here is a cool movie about exactly that: Strange Bedfellows (Paul Hogan)
There is also an Adam Sandler movie with the same basic plot, except it’s about big city firemen.
Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

There, fixed that for you.

In Romania, at weddings, all the invitees offer money. Thus, the newly wed couple end up with a significant sum after the wedding.
And divorces aren’t as bad as in the United States or other Western countries. You don’t lose everything, you just split up your stuff in the worst case.WTF??? LOL

No, I said in the message that is was just an idea. Marriage and divorce in Eastern Europe are not nearly as bad as in other countries (see above). No trolling, just a thought that crossed my mind.

Can you marry her without signing a legal document? (like married in the eyes of society by ceremony)It depends what your relatives say about you :)) In rural areas, where Romanians live like in Borat’s village, you ought to get married with a priest, but a legal document is not required, as far as I know. But if the plan I was talking about is to work, a legal document would be required nonetheless.
Anyway, I suppose that in Western countries the custom of offering significant sums of money to the grooms does not exist, hence you calling me crazy or trolling and stuff.
Anyways, after reading a lot of divorce stories in the US, Canada and so on, I am somewhat grateful that in these backwards parts of Europe divorce is milder and a lot fairer, in my opinion. Even though Romania is 3/4 living in the Middle Ages, it has a few perks of its own.
P.S. I don’t live in a village like Borat’s lol.
Sounds like fraud to me. Your invitees (assuming family and friends) are giving you money to support your marriage. If you have a fake marriage, you are essentially stealing from family and friends.
Ok. Then do it.
Not sure if serious….
Marriage is the disease, divorce is the cure. MGTOW is the vaccine.

The problem is laws can be changed. For example in South Korea they made adultery legal. Before if someone committed adultery they would go to prison and perhaps a fine.
I think Romina chicks are hot but I’m not interested in marriage because laws can f~~~’in change and you should know that. Doing it for money is wrong also because you scamming people.

If you both have jobs and work their is no reason to marry for a small sum of temporary funds.
Just live together and split your bills. Why the hell would you marry ? makes no sense. Really stupid idea.
Myeah, after reading all these opinions I realise that there are significant cultural differences between here and Western countries.

Because salaries in Romania suck major ass (400 dollars per month is a good paycheck here), and that wedding money would be most welcome.
Anyway, no worries, nobody here (meaning me) is getting married this way. Or getting married at all. The whole idea just crossed my mind one day when I was bored out of my mind.
