The real meaning of that saying is that if she isn’t a genuinely happy person before you met her, then she never will be. And you will be miserable. Pretty much sums it up lol. I’d only believe married men and single women are the happiest if all the single women they used for the study were 18-25 in their primes and enjoying the carousel and all the “single” men were recently divorced.
