    This topic made me thinking.

    Bait and switch

In fact this “certificate” binds you to legal terms that were never explained to you, you know nothing about, you never agreed to, and change based on which state you reside in at any given time, and have as a general rule zero concern for marital fidelity or human rights.

Marriage and relationship (what it means in the reality) is against human rights of men!

From Universal Declaration of Human Rights:

    Article 3
Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

Liberty? No liberty in marriage, do whatever cupcake wants, and be at home in time! (Seen, overheard, read that many times and almost happened to me, I escaped last minute…)

No security, no right to life! Cupcake can call police with false allegations (or annoy one to the level when he loses his s~~~) any time and divorce and take half your assets or more, and throw one in jail for not paying alimony and child support (in US, in Europe they just take away all your salary, and when they cannot, force-sell all your assets and stuff at auction to get all the money.) Even worse, police seems to shoot men only.

    Article 4
No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.

How can that situation be called, when one has to work his ass off to support someone else’s need before his own, and may get nothing in exchange?

    Article 5
No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

I have seen too much cruel degrading behavior (Emotional blackmail, shouting bad words for decades, destruction of things, investigating on each others private life, done by both of my parents) at home when I was a child…. Still have PTSD flashbacks when I overhear people shouting at each other. Many of us has his own stories…

    Article 9
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.

Look at the Istanbul Convention, it makes arbitrary arrests on a simple allegation possible. Even if false, one really may get exiled from his career.

    Article 11

    1. Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence.
    2. No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.

Due process in sexual and marriage related stuff? In the process of disappearing, as it can be seen.

    Article 12
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

A lot of “attacks upon his honour and reputation” is happening right now, on alleged sexual molesting or rape, that may have happened decades ago (or not at all) and not told to the police back then and impossible to prove now.

    Article 17
    1. Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.
    2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.

Marriage contract (and, living together in relationship, in some jurisdictions) makes wealth common, no matter who earned it. Prenuptial contracts happened to be ignored. I think, having a common “wallet” with someone else is nonsense, and against human rights of the one earning more, and it is likely the one working harder. If the other one wants more money, then she should earn more for herself, and not just take it away.

    Article 22
Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security ….

Most homeless people are men. The wife had a better lawyer. As a man, if something bad happens and he loses all the assets, no one gives a helping hand to get him restarted. Also the process: Not having the money for child support, not succeeding to defend against a false allegation of violence or rape: jail. Then they don’t hire ex-convicts or homeless people. A man is always just one bad thing away from jail or homelessness, wherever he is. And for sure it is not a good idea to make bad things more likely by getting into relationship and having wife and children to support. The idealists would say that family could support a man if bad things happen. The reality is that even losing a job will result in conflicts and divorce and child support payments (as unemployed) and then jail and then homeless. If a man on his own loses job, and he has at least a half year life worth of cash then he can just be okay whatever happens. Move to another city if necessary, no anchors.

    Article 24
Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.

In marriage: Work his ass off to pay all the bank loans for the big family house, new family car, credit cards, and then when he arrives home after long hours, then he is forced to mow the lawn and do all the household bulls~~~ and then he is conflicted for not having time for the children, and blah blah. And all holidays are spent for stupid expensive traveling or family gatherings whatever nonsense and the clean-up after it. Not even time to have a good sleep.

“Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness” is a well-known phrase in the United States Declaration of Independence. The phrase gives three examples of the “unalienable rights” which the Declaration says have been given to all human beings by their Creator, and which governments are created to protect.
    ===
A man who has to pay alimony is not allowed to quit his job unless he has vast amounts of savings (he is allowed to get fired). Thus, he has no ability to pursue happiness. He is pretty much a slave.

MGTOW is not a movement, it is a way of life.

Its a breach of contract for one.

Second both parties entering this are adults. Yet one is not held to the contract. Only one party is ever held to the contract.

Third that one party, the man, is held to MORE than the contract. The marriage dissolves yet he still must provide for the woman. Yet the woman has to provide nothing afterwards.

Fourth, the man signs this contract not knowing all of this. He doesn’t understand in the least how screwed he is, that only he is held to this contract, and that he is held to the contract after the other party leaves it. This is tantamount to gross misrepresentation in the least, outright fraud at the most.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

    Marriage = legalised FRAUD

Know when it is your duty to give them zero explanations for your actions.

    Human Rights??? Where’s that?
There’s no such thing. We only have the rights they want to give us: The right to work, pay our taxes, vote and support some vindictive and manipulative c~~~ after she’s already taken most of your stuff, your house, your kids and your freedom.
