Maple Bar not only has a semi formal dress code – c~~~tail dress for the ladies, smart shirt, pants and dress shoes for the gents – there’s also house rules, including that everyone has to bring their manners, and men aren’t allowed to approach women.

I’d like to know what they actually mean by manners. Everyone here knows that modern women simply don’t have any manners so I guess their definition of the word is different.
