    I found a PC video while looking up a workout video, and it’s about a college boy telling people what words we should never use. He tells people what words not to use, but uses them himself. He says that he’s glad to have freedom of speech, but still tells people what not to say. College kids these days!

    This is what I have one of many problems with kids today, they’re too soft and have overly sensitive feelings. In fact, everything about today’s generation is all about feelings and words. It’s like we can’t offend anyone, even slightly, which I get, but pain and hard feelings are a fact of reality.

    Now I’m going to say whatever I damn well wish, and if someone gets offended, well that’s their messy lives they need to reevaluate. Very sensitive generation we’re bringing up. They couldn’t even handle an election; how are they suppose to make it in the real world if they get butthurt so easily? Do these kids think the world is out to protect them, because they’re parents and teachers over protected them while growing up?

    I have noticed this ‘trend’ among certain people where they can be ridiculously critical of everyone and everything while completely lacking self-awareness, and bring no value. They expect everyone to be professional while they themselves are at the next step to being a real loser. The ones who got emotionally devastated by the election will be in a real world of pain eventually, many of them grew up very sheltered.

    Yeah I do find alot of the kids in a sense focus to hard on the small picture. For me I know 2/3’s world is in a poor economic state. People are out there in your community scraping by. Some these kids need to understand the med-evil times happened. And it will happen again.

    My generation is full of hypocritical idiots. They can tell you for an hour how they are open minded and accepting of different view points and blah blah, then you can say “I think homosexuality is disgusting, but I’d never do anything to harm a gay person or treat anyone differently just because they are gay,” and they’ll immediately tell you how f~~~ed up you are and you shouldn’t think that way.

    Problem is…you just told them you are willing to be accepting of something you don’t agree with, while they want to s~~~ on you for not celebrating it. If they were accepting of other view points they wouldn’t have to s~~~ on you for saying something like that, they’d just agree to disagree and it should be perfectly fine as long as you aren’t out beating gays in the street or anything…but nah…they’re only open minded as long as you agree with them because they are always right lol.

    @beer

    I sincerely detest these people. How f~~~ing dare they, these lost losers.

    Call me an idiot, but this is one of the many reasons why I wish for a war or some sort of global f~~~ing disaster to give all of those c~~~s out there a wake-up-call about what counts, what’s important. Western society has become mad, over the top hypocritical, misguided and decadent at the wrong places, and has lost its roots.

    then you can say “I think homosexuality is disgusting, but I’d never do anything to harm a gay person or treat anyone differently just because they are gay,” and they’ll immediately tell you how f~~~ed up you are and you shouldn’t think that way.

    Absolutely right. Here, have a thumbs up from me, a gay guy.

    A few generationa ago they were storming Normandy.

    And now they’re bitching over words and terms and feelings and groups.

    You forgot stupid.

    They discovered at an early age it’s much easier to take offense at everything than to actually learn anything. So they haven’t. You wouldn’t believe some of the recent applicants I’ve been getting. All opinions and zero practical knowledge.

    Haha…I don’t even have anything against gay people, was just an example. It works like that for everything for them. You can tell a liberal pro choicer you think abortion is murder but if people can live with that on their conscience and you don’t have to have any part in funding it you don’t care if its legal and they’ll attack you for being against women’s rights. Its a joke how they operate.

    I’ve gotten to a point where when I’m talking politics with most people I’ll agree with them for all the reasons why I don’t want to see such laws enacted. Like for example…forgiving student loans. “Yeah that would be awesome to borrow every penny I qualified for while in college if I knew it was going to get wiped…I could have so many vacations and a down payment for a car by borrowing extra money that is going to get wiped anyhow…why wouldn’t I just borrow everything I possibly could? Hell even if you didn’t care about college you’d be stupid not to go party for four years if someone else has to pick up the tab.”

    At least it gets their gears turning a bit rather than just having them call you names. It just seems like if you frame it a little different and they think about it for a second, they realize maybe their idea really isn’t the best way to go and they just never thought about it that way because they jumped on the bandwagon with all the other morons. Either that or they are one of the people who rolled weekend party money, vacation money, and a down payment for a car into their student loans and they are going to get super p~~~ed you just called them out on their s~~~…but either way, its like you Trojan horse your way into their brain rather than just have them shut you out from the start and immediately go into liberal asshole mode.

    He doesn’t have to tell people what to say directly. Telling people what words are “problematic” is enough. If you’re on campus and you feel you can’t say certain words without a nearby SJW getting hysterical, the social pressure is such that unless you’re aware of what’s going on, you won’t say it. He keeps going on about having a “dialogue” but really he’s getting it to stick in the college culture and in wider culture as a whole. The government knows this all to well. To get people to believe something, you don’t tell them what to do or what to believe explicitly. You simply repeat the information often and disseminate it widely. Given a few years it becomes the new paradigm.
