He claims it led to a breakdown of the marriage.

She DOESN’T have a right to know about his prescriptions, per HIPPA rules.

He SHOULD sue CVS…
…AFTER the divorce is final and there’s a clause in the decree that says she is entitled to nothing further…
…THEN the guy should get a few million from CVS.

It would be a shame for HER to get any of that pot.

It’s insanely idiotic how male things are passed to the female for approval, like vasectomies. I’ve read stories about how the wife has to give consent for an operation on her husband, an operation HE wants. HIS body, HIS choice! If this f~~~er wants to use viagra because his wrinkled old hag can’t arouse him naturally anymore, then what’s the big f~~~ing deal? It’s in her interest too if he takes a pill like that!
