I like a good man movie, even if it doesn’t have a MGTOW theme to it. How I define a man movie is: fighting, combat, gun violence, fitness, and war. Such good manly movies are, in my opinion:

    Conan The Barbarian/Destroyer – Arnold
Gladiator (which I just turned on and watching right now) – Russell Crowe
Big Trouble In Little China – Kurt Russell
    Full Metal Jacket
Saving Private Ryan – Tom Hanks
Enter the Dragon – Bruce Lee
Fist Of Fury – Bruce Lee
    The Marine – John Cena
The Marine 2 – Ted DiBiase, Jr.
    The Marine 3 – 6 – The Miz
Planet Of The Apes – The Original 5 – Charleston Hesston
    Star Wars (pre-Disney)
    Ninja Turtles (pre-Nickelodeon)
    Terminator Series
    Indiana Jones
Seven Years In Tibet – Brad Pitt

I noticed a long time ago that men were into fighting and combat movies while women were into drama and romance. Good thing I’m a guy. I love combat, but I don’t know why. It’s because I’m a man.

    The Duellists.

No sex at all. Superb swordfighting scenes. Excellent historical research. Based on a true story, too.

I know it’s an oldie, but The Dirty Dozen is a guy classic. And so are many of the John Wayne movies!

We just don't realize life's most significant events while they're happening. Back then, I thought, "Well, there'll be other days". I didn't realize that that was the only day. - "Moonlight" Graham

There is in every heart a threshold, a point at which hopeless and resignation cannot penetrate, a point at which life and death are equal forces. At this moment, a new kind of courage is born within the heart of even the dreariest slave. -- L. Sprague De Camp

I guess I will be the one to throw in “Tropic Thunder”.

Also, Cobra, Black Rain, and the first three Deathwish films. Along with both Deadpool movies.

That new predator movie is worth a viewing, whether you see it now or wait for Redbox…. I thought it was going to be crappy but I paid to see it and was not disappointed at all. Great entertainment. It might not be the best predator but it gives it a run for the money no doubt.

photo from Predators (2010) Hard to rate these films, they’re all pretty good

Anyway communication, real open communication, is not wanted or even required in a relationship. Women cannot handle fully open and honest communication, plus most perceive it as a weakness on the part of a man. All that is required is catering to her whims, and even then nothing is certain. There is no way to be sure of having a successful relationshit with a woman. MGTaoist
