Joking aside… what I see here is a guy who got sex with a woman on the woman’s expectation to be financially rewarded for agreeing to it. He didn’t follow through on her expectation, so she believes that he is guilty of some kind of fraud (which seems at least to me to be what happened), but she accuses him of rape instead. In fraud, or breach of contract, there is a dispute between two parties and either can ask the court to address the situation. Neither is presumed innocent by the court.
In an accusing man of any sort of sexual misconduct (rape, child molester), the crime is now so considered so horrible that even innocence is no longer a defense. The Tawana Brawley case many years ago was the first to demonstrate this. More recently there was the stripper prostitute who accused that Lacross team of gang raping her, and that lying bitch who get her fabricated story against the fraternity published in Rolling Stone. Though all of the accused were innocent, they never had the presumption of innocence, and the damage to them that resulted from the accusation has never been addressed or compensated. Their lying accusers were never prosecuted, or otherwise held accountable.
The prostitute here did not mistake fraud for rape. She knew exactly what she was doing. She didn’t sue for fraud or try to prosecute for theft. She accused him of rape, because she knew the accusation was the conviction.
Reverse this scenario. Imagine a guy takes a girl out buying dinner and drinks and whatever else …on his expectation that she is going to provide sex in the exchange, but she doesn’t follow through and meet his expectation. This happens all the time. Is a woman who does this guilty of rape, or fraud? Hell, is she considered to be guilty of anything at all?
Anyone who said she was guilty of anything at all would be perceived to be ridiculous. The strength of that perception of ridiculous … is in exact proportion to the strength of perception that she was ENTITLED to those things he provided without reciprocating anything. $850 is a relatively small commitment to fail to uphold, and this guy went to jail for 8 months for it. Contrast that to guys who commit 100% of their resources, time and energy in order to get married…and find themselves married to a wife who suddenly has a headache…
Women commit this sort of marital fraud, paternity fraud and relationship fraud all the time in their consumption of resources provided by men for which they do not reciprocate anything, and are never held accountable for it. This demonstrates well why a marriage contract cannot be made to be fair even if a woman agrees to fair terms. If she fails to uphold her end of those terms she agreed to, she is not accountable. Neither the courts, or the culture, or the media, or any other mechanism exists to hold her accountable.
That institutionalized absence of long term accountability is why a fair marriage contract with a woman is impossible to create, even if she was initially agreeable to it in the beginning.
Basically, a woman is a creature who already feels entitled, is conditioned by the media in her environment to be concerned only for herself, has institutionalized immunity from any accountability for failure to uphold her contractual commitments, and is financially rewarded for her failure when she commits it. Given these circumstances, it’s surprising to me that divorce only happens 50% of the time that men enter these contracts.
