This is an important event, a dude was accused of raping a woman and kicked out of the school without questioning or audience to defend himself but he counter-sued and won, for the first time!

It’s interesting how “Campus rape” seem to be an epidemic in the USA, it’s as if men were being indoctrinated in rape culture, right?

Except that it’s 99% bulls~~~, these women are not getting raped, they’re simply sending innocents to jail without a hearing:

    “UCSD is considering an appeal”…

The girl claimed she was “too drunk to consent”. Is THAT the new norm? Wtf 90% of sex happens with booze. What a f~~~ing joke!

I cant PHATHOM what goes on in these girls minds that they make sexual exposes by claiming rape. Wtf? Maybe they feel like sluts and want to be a victim? The article alluded to the guy having “retaliation” after sex. Maybe he called her out for the slut she is, and then she cried rape. This is so disgusting.

I think I posted about another case recently where a chick in a dorm seduced her roommates BF, f~~~ed him, then claimed rape. Turns out she was texting her friends mocking the guy for not jumping her bones fast enough. Her EXACT quote was “hot girl in a slutty dress, HELLO”…The quantity of entitlent in that statement is sickening. But it doesnt stop there. After the guy f~~~ed her and left, she texted another dude saying she didn’t feel well, and needed “company”. Then f~~~ed him the very same night. Then claims rape by the first dude. F~~~ing sick.

The booze thing has been in law since 2012ish, and of course it’s bulls~~~. If I’m was for some reason plastered enough to go home with a fat c~~~ and woke up in restraints and was there for three days, I wouldn’t have a case. she drinks a f~~~ing bitch drink and decides she wants some c~~~, then wakes up with buyer’s remorse, F~~~ING FELONY CHARGES. I hope women losing their cases becomes precedent. Unless they can provide proof like in real crimes.

    Helen Be Damned,

The booze law is news to me. Can someone show me an article about it? So women can say they were too drunk for consent, but men cant lol? Dont get me wrong, I would never want to use that as a LEGAL excuse, its just so ironic and wrong.

Experts say a new ruling in a sexual assault case involving two students at UC San Diego should be a wakeup call to schools across the country that sexual misconduct processes can be flawed.

Hmmm. So McCarthy style witch hunt kangaroo courts are FLAWED? How can that possibly be?

I’m really hoping more universities get f~~~ing NAILED for their unjust bulls~~~ “sexual misconduct procedures”. Because if they don’t I don’t see much hope for the future of the west. Certainly none for higher education.

“Survivors and accused students will benefit from fair hearings with clear procedures.”

He’s the f~~~ing survivor and she’s should be the accused.

I’m sick of the way they twist s~~~ to steer the agenda.

It is the California law, it means that a woman has to say “Yes”, meaning you are supposed to ask her “do you consent to sex?” and she should clearly say “yes”.

But of course even if you ask that Bonner killer phrase and she said yes, she could simply tell the judge she didn’t say Yes.

    In other words

    Men=bad

    Women=good

Ever since that law became official rape statistics have increased in California, go figure.

The worst thing is that yahoo implies that the fight he’s fighting in court would make more women being afraid of reporting rape, instead of talking about the consequences (if any) of lying, manipulating  and that many accused would probably be innocent. They always side with the “victim” and not with the accused and women will always be the victims.

They pass laws that turn anything into rape, then they can bitch about rape culture with “rape” that they created, and that actually aren’t even rape.

    It’s just feminist tactic 101.

They made the same with domestic violence.
The worse they make the problem seem, the more funding and power they will get.
I wish one day some kind of Cthulhu-like entity surges from the abyss to smite all these c~~~s.
    Heh, I can still hope.

The ‘flaw’ is not in the school’s investigation of the case.  The flaw is in that lying bitch’s accusation that started the investigation.  The women commenting that the flaw is in the way universities handle sexual misconduct cases… are conveniently omitting one glaring fact:  Their statement has nothing to do with this particular case, because this particular case is BULLS~~~.  This case is not about the investigation of sexual misconduct because no sexual misconduct occurred.

If they wanted to comment about this particular case, they would have said something like, “There seems to be a problem with the way schools are investigating bulls~~~ sexual misconduct cases brought by lying bitches like this one…”.

That little omission takes the focus off the LIE that created this problem, and shifts blame over to the school for doing a ‘flawed’ investigation.  (Since they can’t blame the man anymore, they have to blame the only other player in the equation that is NOT the woman: the school).  That little omission lets the lying bitch off with zero consequences…not even the acknowledgment of what she did.  It is subtle, but is no accident.

The investigation of any sexual misconduct case begins with, and is centered around, the accuser’s word.  The quality, or lack thereof, of the investigation is therefore an inseparable result of the quality of the accuser’s word.  Garbage in -> garbage out.

If there is a problem with the way investigations like this one are handled, it is that there is no ‘investigation’ of the accuser’s word before proceeding.

For men actually guilty of sexual misconduct, there are very real consequences, and there certainly should be.  Civilizations have long held that there should be consequences for bad behavior that hurts people because consequences go a long way deter that behavior from happening.  Perhaps we should try them out on the bad behavior that includes a LIE that wrecks another person’s life.  Ironically, the addition of real consequences for a LIE that starts a bulls~~~ investigation that wrecks another person’s life… might be just the fix these ‘imperfect’ investigations need in order to come up with better results.  Real consequences applied to the supplier of garbage in would very well reduce the amount of garbage out.

Pseudo-victims and special interest parasites all have one thing in common. Zero accountability. People with zero accountability are still children as far as I’m concerned and should be treated as such. Adults realize that if you drink you are impairing your judgement. If you don’t want to enter a situation where your judgement is impaired then don’t f~~~ing drink.

one thought springs to mind.  Instead of handing out condoms for safe sex the truly wise young men would be handing out those disposable breathalyzer tests.

Before you blow me, blow this babe.  I just got to be safe.

    Never fuck a crazy chick.

So, its safe to assume by the assertion of the rape culture that if a women can be “to drunk to consent” to have sex washing away any recourse of a woman.

Then since I was drunk too, and we want to all have “equal” rights; I get a free pass of “rape”….right? Since I was to drunk to be able to recognize her drunkenness.
