I just got done watching this video on YouTube. It shows a very muscular man does chest presses with 150 pound dumbbells. I don’t see too many people pull this one off; it’s amazing! You can see that he gets nervous and hesitates before doing the workout. Seriously, I wouldn’t want to p~~~ this guy off, because he could deadlift me.
Also I don’t mean to sound gay, but I want that man’s muscle physique.

I see similar guys like that here in Australia. However, they can never drop and crank out 100 pushups in one hit. Same with the lat pull down, they can do the entire stack but ask them to do 15 military style pullups (no kipping), nope they cant do it.

What the F~~~ is wrong with Idolizing a man who worked his ass off to get someplace? That’s like saying kids are gay cuz they want to be superman or batman for Halloween?
That Gynocentric Programing s~~~ needs to end. It is the CAUSE of all this Shame nonsense like white privilege etc.
THere is NOT a DAMN THING WRONG for wanting to be do something great.
THIS MAN, a normal guy. He worked hard and it may just be weights. But to the men that know, this is a real accomplishment in life.
I want to be this man to. Anyone that does not, no worries. Nothing wrong with wanting to be better, bigger or stronger.
That’s like saying being rich is gay? Or wanting to be smart is gay.
You know why gay men are hated so much? Cuz it sucks to know that GAY men have longer lasting relationships than WOMEN do. And WOMEN have NO USE for GAY MEN. All the success gay men achieve is done with the envy of women. And Gay men don’t give a f~~~ about what pumpkin wants.
So the only thing the collective women can do, is have the collective shame them. And Hope that will knock them down a notch.
I bust my ass each day at work working for another man. Is that GAY?
Is being gay now being successful? Attaining your goals?
This stupid f~~~ing s~~~ needs to stop. I admire strong men. I don’t want to f~~~ them.

Enjoy lifting myself; ain’t nuthin’ wrong with wanting to better yourself. That said, if you’re taking a lot of steroids (which includes testosterone) to get big/lift more, it comes with serious long-term health costs. Sure, I like looking and feeling good, but am not going to screw with my health just to impress anybody.
We just don't realize life's most significant events while they're happening. Back then, I thought, "Well, there'll be other days". I didn't realize that that was the only day. - "Moonlight" Graham
Hercules and Popeye rolled into one! Im way too old to even remotely resemble that, but I do enjoy a few hours at the gym.
I know an 80 year old man that run circles around me, and can drive a race car better than I could ever wish for. If you put your mind to it, take care of yourself, almost nothing is out of the realm of possibility.
Nothing wrong with impressing other people. It’s The IMPRESSION you leave behind that matters.
Have a good morning men. And own the world today!

Most of these Men look PHENOMENAl when they’re young, but very few can keep up with the drug, training, diet regimens as time goes on.
Ongoing injuries are the other challenges these Men face; as the weights go up pecs get tore, rotator cuffs get destroyed as well as backs, knees, and basically their whole damn body suffers varying abuses over time.
There are a few genetic freaks that don’t need a whole lot of drugs to look amazing, and if they can escape without a ton of injuries then these are the Men that still look phenomenal well into their 40’s, 50’s and 60’s, but these are the true exceptions.

It’s not gay to want to be him. It’s only gay to want to be under him.
Or, to quote Scrubs, “The Todd appreciates hotness regardless of gender.”
F~~~, I want that physique. I can see and appreciate how much work goes into it. I’m happy to not be pear-shaped anymore, and that’s thousands of hours of work right there alone. To have the Greek God physique? I think I might be ten years past that being in my future but I’m still going to try.

Very few men actually have the genetic package to create such a physique, and to bring it to that level you need to combine a great genetic package with long term weight training, diet, and drugs unless you’re a complete genetic freak that can get great results with minimum efforts, but there are very few of those Men walking the earth.

I don’t really care about physique. I’m just starstruck by this specimen of excellence. I care about functional strength, which is why I primarily do calisthenics–maximum control over my own body. Need to get over a wall? Check. Need to get up a rope? Check. Hanging from a ledge by my fingertips while a villain monologues? Check.

I don’t know his current status but according to Ronnie Coleman’s Instagram from around 2015, “I’m having my 6th surgery in 2 weeks. This will be my 3rd back surgery since 2007, I have both hips replaced and my neck fused at level 5,, 6, and 7.”, and I guess he went onto at least 7th surgery as well.

Today, he’s a whopping 54 years old ??????

And IMHO is harder to lift 150lbs in dumbells than 300lbs in the bench press, that s~~~ is completely unstable, shake, move, etc… benchpress is far more stable so you can put more weight easily. So it add some extra points to this achievement !I don’t know his current status but according to Ronnie Coleman’s Instagram from around 2015, “I’m having my 6th surgery in 2 weeks. https://spotmebro.com/ronnie-coleman-cant-walk/He kinda f~~~ed up everything…
I still admire him, but he is living a total hell with pain.
But the pain inside, of nothing being able to do what he loves, is the biggest one for him.
Dorian went the same way when he f~~~ed up his triceps, the physical pain is nothing compared to be away from what is your life.It sounds stupid for people who don’t lift this kind of depression, but is the same as people who paint, being taken away from it, or play an instrument, or like car racing, etc… As said “there is no reason to be alive if you can’t deadlift”
