I’ll be managing my money better, keeping track of my books and my company paperwork so that I’ll know where my resources are going.

I am on a strict diet. So far I have lost 15 lbs., and this has improved my health.
I have a long ways to go, but I am doing it.

Then I will start working out, and buy some nice clothes….maybe a nice suit or two just so I can troll women. Rejecting women and watching their reaction is pleasurable…

I eat healthy. I have the occasional smoke. I lift weights as long as my injury permits, with care I can.
I read often, games and movies very little. Hopefully I am healing.

Self improvement for the sake of self improvement can be futile for me at times, just be smart and improvement wont even enter your mind you’ll just do it. Imagine you will die in a year, thats how I live mostly.

Finish outfitting the boat for very extended cruising…

As soon as I retired from Active Duty I took 4 other Navy Buddies on an epic sail from Los Angeles to Hawaii. 22 days at sea heading out – 19 days at sea getting back. The trip was long enough to put into stark relief what I need to do to upgrade the boat for continuous cruising and live aboard duty.

More tankage, better batteries, additional solar panels, back-up auto pilot and perhaps a better tender (dinghy).

    Working on it now.

That way if Hag Hillary gets elected I can provision the boat and head out to the vast Pacific and just stay away from the USA as a voluntary exile for the next 4-8 years.

I will know by November if I have to bolt – but in the meantime it is prudent to upgrade the boat as described.

Any other MGTOWers want to crew? In exchange for a cot and three hots?

I can drop you wherever you like in the South Pacific – as long as you can stand watch without falling asleep at the wheel and can handle physical work, like fishing, anchoring and helping to hank on sails, etc…

I’m improving myself by getting fitter. I ran my first marathon last week and I’m training towards a charity run in September when I’m running 3 marathons in 3 days – I’m 52 years old and I still haven’t found out where my limit is.

I just want to keep improving in my uni studies.

I just got a B and a B+ on my last two assignments. I’m trying to aim for an A on my next one.

If I manage to achieve that, an A+ will be the next objective.

To encourage more men where I live to be MGTOW’s, going to write down the numbers and at the end of the year see how many bros I converted. Hopefully will have done some (if any) good to somebody’s life and get them to join this site.

    I have 2 major goals.
Unfortunately sharing them anywhere would destroy anonymity.
If it weren’t for that, I’d love to share them.

Walk 10,000 steps per day – fitness program.
Get blood sugar down to about 7.
Log 7,000 miles on my bike – Canadian prairies
Do some motorcycle camping – Sturgis Rally in August.
Move out to the cottage for the season.
Learn to play a Blues harmonica.

That’s more than 1 but they can all be achieved at the same time.

My challenge this year is to put my life back in order. Now with MGTOW aka red pill knowledge, I can deal with thw world better than I have been able to in the past.

Get into college, or if that won’t happen, I’d learn a trade and put money into my bank account. Lots of it. Just opened a new Bank A/C and now I just need to fill it up.

I’m also sitting for my overly competitive med school exam; I can’t do s~~~ about it.. my folks demand I fulfill their wishes…. but boy are they in for a surprise.. because I might just bail out on them. šŸ˜›
