I’ve really gotten into healthy eating, cutting out processed foods, fast foods, such as microwave quick cook meals and junk foods.
I only use a microwave to reheat foods and liquids, I never eat ready meals for microwave and instead cook from the hob/oven meals and all natural foods etc..
What are people’s thoughts on the Macrobiotic diet (link below) and what effect do you think these sorts diets have on mental and physical well being, its long term use and benefits and do you or others have similar diets?
It’s way too complicated to get into in a quick reply. Way too many factors if you want to seriously address it.
Your eating habits put you ahead of many people today. Regardless of what diet you eat, all of them are lacking in proper amounts of nutrients and minerals. Any diet you are on requires supplementation of vitamins, minerals and various herbs. Food alone cannot get you the proper levels. Also probiotics are useful and even digestive enzyme supplements may be beneficial, as most people need probiotic supplementation and help digesting their food down to extract as much useful material as possible.
Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.
