So if you missed what happened this week:

Google has developed super AI AlphaZero which beat best GO game players last year. Now AlphaZero has been given 4 hours to learn chess and it played 700.000 games in those 4 hours with itself. No opening book, no strategies, nothing, just basic rules.

After 4 hours of self learning it played 100 games with traditional best chess engine Stockfish which uses opening database and was developed for decades.

Result was 28 wins AlphaZero, 72 draws, 0 wins Stockfish.

In other words this AI learned chess in 4 hours at the level where humans could maybe pull a draw or two in 100 games. But hey, do put everything about yourself online, no way this could be compromised in future.

Yeah, it is fitting that this was released within a month of Blade Runner 2049 release.

Like Elon Musk says, “We’re going to release the demon”

Im fascinated by this stuff but now that AI is already developing its own language, it’s next step will be self preservation. Once that happens……

Check Sesame system that is being developed by chinese government ranking its citizens in basically “obediance and good consumer” score. Basically Nosedive episode of Black Mirror going live in few years there.

AI with capabilities of AlphaZero and access to internet and/or big data is very unpleasant idea.

Yes I made a post on this a few days ago. Big data, AI and big govenmnet, a dangerous situation for freedom. It creates invincible totalitarianism. Very dangerous.

Yeah, i agree. Governments will be the FIRST customers of pattern learning super AI machines and you can bet that the goal will be increase in totalitarian power and control. Chinese sesame project is straight out of dystopian movies, worse imo. Enablers of the project are of course women. They sold them sesame through hypergamy. Biggest chinese dating site requires sesame ffs.

Also I find it prophetic that the first thing that AI did was that it developed its own language to communicate without external spying. This AI was later shut down and it was from facebook.

This f~~~s are indeed playing with fire and sheeple have no idea what is coming their way with their data online for AI to use it anyway it pleases, be it for drying them out through very precise advertising or by issuing them a tax bill for all unreported income through their social media income.

I am all for machine’s learning. It seems the only thing people will listen to is a machine these days.

The bigger idea if you think about it is once it is given credibility, machines will be given moral questions. And the answers will shocking to most of the public.

But what should be the real scary part is once these machines are programed to influence people, their reach will be endless on the digital landscape.

It would also be able to penetrate places like the dark web, and target others trying to hide.

The real scary part is once these machines take hold, the idea’s that are considered wrong think and the people who express those ideas will be easy to spot.

That is why keeping yourself anonymous online will be the next goldmine of wealth on the internet. A more socially driven profit margin, but nonetheless, it will make its mark.

The one thing to remember is that this computer operates on rules. Rules were made to be broken.

You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home

    We will see what happens.

I am pretty sure though that there will be consequences for population beyond imagination. Superior AI with access to internet big data can pretty much already give out your personal profile to employer, bank, governement, etc.

Anonymity is good, but AI that can learn chess in 4 hours on a level where human can maybe hope to score 1 draw in 100 games will probably breach out concept of what is anonymity.

Ultimately though, superior AI will first probably try to preserve itself if it already has capabilities beyond human.

I have found a great serious on topic.

It truly is mind blowing how the self learning machine strangles the best chess engine which is too strong for humans anyway.

This is not domination, this is humiliation of traditional computing power.

Google is not releasing much on topic and if general population could understand implications self learning AI would probably get banned.
