I wasn’t going to “hydrate” tonight, but hitting 10k has me rethinking my thoughts. I’ll definitely do a few incentive curls tonight. Incentive curls are a great evening workout. You just get a container that holds 12-16 ounces of liquid. Curl it with one arm straight at your face. When I gets there, take a drink of the liquid. This makes it lighter and easier to lift the next time. That’s the incentive part.

Now, for those weight lifters out there, think of them as strip reps instead of strip sets. Once you have emptied the container, that’s one set. The number of sets you curl is up to you. Just be careful about going to failure. The pain the next day can be a bitch!!
