The are questions about wether this particular cop is competent. Continuing to prosecute someone you already know is innocent based on evidence you already have in your possession but refuse to disclose (despite your legal obligation to do so)… is not incompetence. It’s intentional malice. There’s a difference.

And as for the dyke whonruns the police declaring that there will be a 30% increase in convictions of rape next year… has made at least one of two errors. The first is that she assumes that these crimes will occur a year in advance of their occurrence. That statement directly violates the presumption of innocence. The second error is that she spoke in incomplete sentences. If her statement had been a complete sentence, it would have been: “We are going to have a 30% increase in the number of men convicted of rape WETHER THEY ACTUALLY DID IT OR NOT”.

Once you understand that second error, you realize that the first was no error at all. The suspension of the presumption of innocence makes it all the more efficient to impose punishment without establishing guilt.

I’d bet a month’s paycheck that the detectice involved here was trying to meet a quota demanded by his feminist bosses…
