“Shaming tactics” are emotional devices meant to play on a man’s insecurities and shut down debate. They are meant to elicit sympathy for women and to demonize men who ask hard questions. Most, if not all, shaming tactics are basically ad hominem attacks.

It might be helpful to categorize the major shaming tactics that are hurled against men whenever a discussion arises about the very real actions and behavior of the female collective. The following list contains descriptions of shaming tactics and the most common deflections.

Why shame someone unless you have a social agenda? It seems to me that those who shame MGTOWs are too immature to discuss relationship (relations~~~) problems between men and women. Instead of addressing the issue, they blame the victim.

I’m at the age where people have given up asking me when I’m going to settle down and get married. I guess people look at my grey hairs and get a clue that I’m not going down that road. Sometimes I talk to my customers and they assume I’m a married man/father. They wish me a happy Father’s Day every year and I just smile and politely say “thank you” while laughing on the inside.
