So I ran into this article yesterday. My first thought was back when the election was in full swing liberal women were running around saying that they would dump their boyfriends if they voted for Trump. Their reasoning was based on the claim that withholding sex was a great way for women to get what they wanted. Of course that blew up in their collective faces since Trump did end up winning.

But look at the bleak future in store for them, their choice of men are f~~~ing t~~~s who behave like girls. These c~~~s want guys who are guys. The raucous guy who isn’t going to be a push over like the liberal t~~~ guys.

This was in early 2016 and—while it doesn’t excuse my choice of partner—it was before Pussygate, before the suggestion of violence against his opponents, and before the realities of a Trump presidency really set in.

I think it’s adorable that she refers to it as Pussygate, yet President Trump went on to get elected, whereas after Watergate Nixon ended up resigning, and she has the nerve to talk about reality setting in?

Plus, in an odd way, sleeping with Trump supporters reaffirms my own political and personal values. I don’t think I could ever have a serious relationship with a one—I can’t be with someone who won’t understand why the news sometimes causes me to burst into tears, or why I want to throw my phone across the room after reading the President’s latest tweet. For me, differing political ideologies are a deal breaker. But that only makes me more OK with accepting these flings for what they are: Opportunities for excellent hate-sex. And to be able to walk away unbothered, unburdened, and sexually satisfied makes me feel powerful at a time when many people with my liberal leanings have never felt less in control.

It’s like the political equivalent of racism. The condescending tone in which she describes Trump supporters reminds me of slavery era journals I’ve read in the past.

So let me get this straight. Girls want to defy their parents. So girls with decent parents go out and hook up with drug dealers and thugs, and girls with liberal parents hook up with Trump supporters? Are Trump supporters the new Chads?

Also, have you noticed all the articles recently (a few were linked on this site) about women who claimed they felt a really strong connection to some guy and then were disappointed to find out that he was a Trump supporter and were forced by their “principles” to break up?
