I was under the impression that marriage was a holy covenant between you and your version of god, spirit, or none of the above that you choose.  It’s not at all a political issue what happens in the bedroom (and frankly I don’t care).  A certificate of marriage is the unrepresented half of the equation that, most people fail to realize, the real issues lie in wait.

If two people want to file taxes jointly the norm was that you were man and wife with a family and you got a tax break for living the American dream.  Fast forward to today, now when two men or two women are allowed to receive this certificate it begs the question – are our tax laws outdated and in desperate need of revision?  I say yes, to allow any two individuals, regardless of marital status, to file taxes jointly as business partners with both of their dependents adding to the tax reduction.

Once everyone is happily engaged in a business partnership and filing taxes jointly you soon realize that the government is the one taking it in the shorts by loss of revenue through nationwide tax reduction.

Who gives a f~~~? Things are beyond repair or restoration, you’re a girl or White Knight in my opinion, I’m hitting the genie alert. Marriage under these current laws is for Gays Transgenders and women, MEN PLAIN OLD GET F~~~ED UNDER THESE CONDITIONS! So therefore, why would you give a f~~~, signed up here at MGTOW.com? Hmmmm, don’t forget to juggle the handle KeyMaster, you may have to flush twice.

Oh, marriage. What a waste of time, resources, freedom.

Let gays and lesbians marry each other, and let women marry themselves, its their funeral… I mean, marriage.

Mgtows don’t care about marriage, because we are NOT GETTING MARRIED.

Wrong website to talk about this, “friend”…

I realize we are getting f~~~ed that’s why you and I should be able to file taxes as two men (I am indeed male although your flamboyant reply brings your gender into question) independent of each other. What I’m saying is that marriage should not be the defining subject of our taxes and I’m tired of hearing all this bulls~~~ about equal rights for them. This is not a political issues and I’m going my own way to point out the money and legal issues behind social “inequality”. Call me what you will, but when you realize you’ve hit rock bottom, there’s only one way to go, and that’s up.

I’m not talking about getting married. I don’t want to get married, but from a business standpoint if two men were able to file their taxes jointly they would save buku bucks. If two guys can get “married” and file taxes together you pay less taxes. Why should I have to get married to reap these benefits? If the gay’s can file for it why can’t we? That’s the real issue here not marriage.

By getting married you are entering into a legal contract that gives your wife total power to destroy you both financially and emotionally. She has the legal power to jettison you from the family on a whim and there isn’t a damn thing you can do about it.

Marriage is akin to putting your bollocks into a vice and hoping she never decides to turn the handle.

    @albert
Yes I agree and as a legally binding document both parties need equal protection and representation, weather or not you actually f~~~ is besides the point. SO we split the two. Marriage should have nothing to do with how we file taxes. If two men are living in the same town and share financial resources they should be able to receive the same benefits as another shared income household. Am I getting my point across?

Yes I understand what you’re saying. I guess the government wants to encourage people to marry because it’s a great way to enslave men and keep lawyers in business.

Not only that, but with divorces you have actual transfer of wealth, and since women makes 80% to 85% of the purchasing decisions, all this wealth goes back to the system. Everybody wins… except MEN, of course.

As for getting screwed for being single, that’s nothing new. Now and then you will see somebody doing the math and realizing that single MEN are paying more and receiving way WAY less. We are, at the moment, in a war of attrition regarding this. Except that, while women need us to maintain their “status”, men DON’T need women to maintain their wealth. And no matter what “tax” they throw us, we will adapt.

As Jeff Goldblum said in Jurassic Park: “Life finds a way”.

    And as for:

(I am indeed male although your flamboyant reply brings your gender into question)

Was that directed to me or Tower?

Not that this matters at all, I can stand my ground if need be, but I am indeed curious.

@BadKan I was calling into question Towers identity. Overtly phallic name, abusive tendencies and a predisposition for a clean toilet complex… sounds suspicious to me.

I was under the impression that marriage was a holy covenant

Yea, it’s holy, only now it’s been molested to join a man to a gynocentric government that claims and establishes more POWER than God. SATIN if you will.

The writing’s on the wall! Through marriage a man has more of a chance of loosing his woman, his wealth, his health, and sometimes his life.

Without the binding agreements giving government control over your life as a man, a woman is less likely to abandon you, knowing full well she looses the security provided by a man, not the other way around, whereas a woman fleeces a man and is encouraged by this society by not being held accountable for any damages, it’s f~~~ing insane to want any kind of binding agreement whatsoever, when your the one holding all the cards…..

This site is constantly being trolled so it’s only natural that people are on guard especially towards new members with unusual opening posts.

However attacking the integrity of Tower who has been here for longer than most of us, has written over 1600 posts and has helped many men on this site isn’t an intelligent move at all.

Taxation, it can be argued, is unconstitutional.  The inequity in Family Law, it can be argued, is unconstitutional.  Both violate constitutionally guaranteed rights and freedoms.  The Rule of Law principal states that both of these things are thus invalid and void.  Yet, people still go to jail for not paying their taxes, and for not paying their alimony and child support court ordered obligations.   Reality.  So your point that the particular tax loophole that you propose should exist is really a moot point.  Taxation and Family Law should both not exist in their current state.  It’s not fair, but then again…reality.

In regards to Tower’s gender:  I myself have never seen Tower’s penis.  I can only assume that it is magnificent!!!  LOL  But calling his gender and identity into question in this arena is, well, OFFSIDE.  Get into the penalty box, son.  LOL

Swallow this RED PILL ===> Men will lay down their lives for their brothers, their women and their children. This makes Men useful as slaves. Women will lay down their lives for ONLY their children. To expect more from women is just a FANTASY created by society and reinforced by the unconditional love that we experienced from our Mothers. The key to freedom is the understanding that the woman you meet is not going to fantastically love you like your Mother did. If you buy into the fantasy, then she is your new master. If you do not buy into the fantasy, then she is nothing, and you retain your freedom.

@scrotimere You don’t need to call into question a member’s identity.

“MG-Tower” was his handle until last week. A play on the term “MGTOW”. It’s not “overly phallic” or any of that other “clean toilet complex” s~~~ you pretend to be able to read into. You’re not that clever. So knock it off. Better to just take the typed words at face value. That’s the ONLY thing you can possibly know and respond to.
