My cousin has been a cop in a major city for a long time. He is noticing that the reports of sexual assault have gone down dramatically in the past year. He told me that more often than not the woman will NOT file a report once he asks for her phone. Could it be because she is lying? He tells me that he thinks that more than half the sexual assault reports are false. I think he’s just being nice. I think it’s closer to 90% of them are false. He’s been a cop for over 20 years. He has told me repeatedly that if he knew how bad women’s behavior was he would have NEVER became a cop. He also has told me that more than half the domestic abuse claims are complete bull$H!+. I’m betting that what he has told me is just a fraction of how bad it is. He has told me that he assumes the woman is lying when she won’t turn over her phone and then completely changes her mind about filing a report.

The more I talk to him the more I’m glad I’m MGTOW. Run like hell guys. RUN LIKE HELL.

Eventually the SJW’s are going to twist it so that it is wrong to ask to see a person’s (woman’s) phone because vagina and believe all women. I wouldn’t be surprised to see legislation passed that forbids asking to see a phone as part of violating a person’s rights. Kind of like not being able to search someone’s home for evidence without a warrant.
Nevertheless men must remain vigilant in recording things with their phones and other devices. If she won’t give up her phone then men need to keep back ups of what is on their phones and other devices and offer them into evidence. If it gets to the point where the police cannot ask or suggest that one does so then men are going to have to volunteer to do it. It sucks that men still have to prove innocence but once women see that it’s common practice for men to have a back up plan and back themselves up, they’ll be less likely to continue with the BS games.

Women don’t have big plans. They rely on situational superiority. As long as women know that the situation of having a cop present increases their chances of winning the argument with dufass she will pick up the phone and make that call. It’s really that simple. Get rid of the Duluth Model that makes men guilty for having a penis and being controlling, thus guilty no matter who threw the first punch or women will continue to abuse men physically all the time.

Already happened here in UK. After two landmark court cases in which men were found innocent, the holes and libtards launched campaigns to prevent police access to phones.

Feminist groups tried for legal action using the ‘Human Rights’ angle. For the moment at least, it looks as if it has backfired and fizzled out.

That said, the police are heavily infiltrated by leftists – in both cases phone evidence that proved the mens innocence was suppressed. No doubt they will try harder and be more careful in the future.

Oh all right. Thanks for the details. I sure do hope it doesn’t. The justice system is already biased against men, it really doesn’t need to get worse.

Should we presume the “human rights” legislation will only protect females?
