League of Legends white knight asshattery

So, I play LoL and enjoy it frequently. I’m by no means a ‘pro’ but I’m not bad, and learning at a very great pace. Well, in my game just now a girl joins in, claims to everyone in the room she is female, and all the other guys on my team start hounding her for attention. The game starts, I buy the items I need and take my mid lane. I’m out matched, the character I am facing is faster than me, and does more damage off the bat than I do. I ask for help 5 times in 5 minutes, nobody comes to my aid. This chick is playing Teemo (a stronger character) and is dual laning, and asks for help, and even the freaking top lane comes ALL THE WAY TO BOTTOM to help her. Yep, the whole team abandons their lane, helps her, and then they all end up dying and feeding. Well, I have only died twice, and still I am unable to push let alone defend my tower. Long story short, I ended up dying more than everyone else because they all abandoned their lanes and left me out to dry to ‘team push’ with this order giving girl who has no idea how a MOBA works. -_- at the end of the game shes all like “Hey, that guy fed their team, report him!” I had 5 kills, 11 deaths, 5 assists, 1 dragon kill and 2 towers I took (all by myself, no help). She had 1 kill, 10 deaths, 0 assists, no towers and no dragons. Needless to say, the whole team reported me for ‘intentionally feeding’ the other team. Talk about rage inducing. Of course, I reported them all back, but still. The white knightery in onilne games is so awful. Men really need to stop virtual humping these chicks who are probably fat and nasty and just play the damned game and stop caring about impressing them. Of course, she also happened to be a livestreamer, and her stream consisted of a s~~~ty webcam with awful quality, a laggy 480p stream of the game and about 2,000 viewers…. yet my stream that I host is in a professional studio I personally built, with a chromakey, studio lighting, professional photoshop overlays and after effects animations, and I have a whopping 2 viewers. -_- these attention whores and white knights are going to ruin legitimate gaming and streaming. The worst part? After hanging around her stream for 10 minutes, I saw someone donate 500$ to her on her stream. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I don’t ask for personal donations on my stream, and any donation that IS made goes to the local arcade here in town to help them grow. Yet nobody wants to watch my stream… it’s enough to make you want to literally throw s~~~. Here I am, legitimately trying to HELP the gaming community, throw on an entertaining and fun stream, and this f~~~ing girl can go in there and do this s~~~. White knights must be stopped. There has to be a way we can fix this awful fate for the gaming community. I know I’m ranting, but dammit, I had to get it off my chest. Thanks for reading my rant. /AngryRant

That said, is it possible for you to assume the identity of a female who resembles a lingerie model for the purpose of raising funds for your local arcade? In other words. lie, cheat and steal to get the white knight’s money?

Of course, that would be wrong, so I cannot advocate or condone it …

Yeah Johnny84, I just joined the site and if you notice my avatar I found it amusing this was the first thread I saw that popped out at me.

I’ve seen those streamers. It is pretty sickening. I am not sure that feeding the wolf by e-whoring is the way to go about it. I don’t even want to get started on it but I definitely share your disgust. The summoners code get’s broken all the time. I tend to not chat in game as often as most wins are dependent on your emotional stability to not let other affect your gameplay as one single comment can break a fragile persons ego and distract them and go on tilt. I have to tell my friend constantly to stop talking in game calling people out repeatedly and save it for the post game if you are truly trying to help them. There’s a time and a place for it in my opinion.

I recently picked up LOL again, so if you ever want to duo que let me know. I play a mean Veigar and all the other roles if you want to have a competent teammate. I never surrender and I never troll and keep my cool.

I find it best to just ignore the trolls and comments. They thrive off attention. Teemo is OP, my buddy is in diamond on a smurf account and he mains Teemo.

And that’s why I don’t do online multiplayer that is popular with the potential to draw in women, or the white knights. Most of the games on my PC these days are offline.

Sucks to hear that. I hope that one day you find a way to resolve this problem. I don’t know what League of Legends, But I heard it’s popular with my generation and girls for some reason.

I am already abandoned League of Losers because i am too, have the same experience with you.
Funny look at those white knights swarming and obey the weemyn command without hesitations even if it leads them to death, cannot using their head more againts.

Now i am playing DoTA 2 because not many female player there and also my friends, and only online when we are playing together. The last time i played is…. 6 months ago, i think.

Leave League of Losers without hesitation, dont try to rage yourself like me for many times, got them about 10-20 times until i abandoned it without hesitation.

As someone that plays league of legends daily, I can say that you made a fundamental strategical error and it probably contributed to you losing the game.

In the Art of War, Sun Tzu said:

18. When the general is weak and without authority; when his orders are not clear and distinct; when there are no fixes duties assigned to officers and men, and the ranks are formed in a slovenly haphazard manner, the result is utter disorganization.

In other words, it is best to work together as a team following a bad call, then to individually make the “right” call and be destroyed.

The correct choice, if you wanted to win, would have been going bot with your team. It was a dumb strategy, but your “correct” play weakened your team more than the Teemo player’s dumb call.

1% of the worlds population plays this game every month, according to Riot. Around 8-9% of the player base is female, which is slightly above average for competitive online games. 98% of people that play ranked are male. If you want to avoid girls, play ranked.
